Beware! I went in to look at diamond studs & they showed me lab diamonds (I didn’t request) instead of mined. When asked because of the price, the sales guy then informed me they were lab. When I asked if they came with a GIA cert he gave the excuse “anything under 2ct doesn’t come with GIA cert”. (False) When I asked about the potential resale value of labs he responded “resale value is subjective” as if I was unaware. FYI the labs were significantly less than the mined (as expected). P.S., I recently willingly purchased a lab piece and guess what, it came with? A GIA cert & it was under 2ct. Please be honest & respectful of potential clientele’s inquiries. It’s insulting.

This was a fantastic place it was Christmas Eve I only had a limited budget to get a ring for my significant other I have been to three other jewelry stores I could not find what I wanted for the for the amount of money that I had the gentleman that helped me at the jewelry store was very knowledgeable and he was concerned that I get the right ring we looked at about six different rings until I found the one I liked most Jewelers would not have done that the three of the stores that I went to did not do that let me tell you this if you have a big budget or a small budget this jewelry store is the place to go to they care more about the client then making profits I will continue to go back to the store because they are unique and the best...

We went to Kliens recently to have a diamond replaced that was missing from my band, they did a wonderful job, and very fast. They even offered to clean the other jewelry I was wearing. The jewelry we saw in their store was stunning and reasonably priced, we bought a stunning pair of diamond hoops. Since them we’ve taken a pair of diamond studs to have put in a different setting they are so gorgeous. Mark the owner was very personal and accommodating and interacted with us and his other customers. Brad and all of the other staff are professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating as well.
