I absolutely love this place. Everything is good. I can not help feeling like I am stealing when I get to the register because how low their prices are. Nice to find something so good that does not seem to be affected by inflation. Everytime I go I'm more than happy with all I have gotten. My favorite is either sweet bread or tres leches single slices of cake. Omg so good. Everyone that works here is so pleasant. Prices and items are in Spanish but stuff is so good I never mind even if I get something and I'm not sure what it is it is gonna be good and I might have a new favorite. They have a huge selection and I wish I had been introduced to them sooner. I don't speak Spanish so if a friend not taken me there from church I would of never known and been missing out.

My husband went to a different bakery close by and purchased an entire tres leches cake omg never again. Nothing like theirs!!!! The other bakeries cake was dry and like 3 week old cake . My husband learned his lesson and def won't make that...

I was sooooooo excited about this Oreo cookie cake. To cut into it and it's wet damp like which made it taste disgusting. I'm so disappointed you know? Like I don't like damp cake. It should have been like stiff not wet we spit it out. That wasn't a good idea. And more Oreo cookie crumbs should have been on the cake as well. This was a 50.00 cake. I'm going to call the manager and see if we can correct this. It sort of ruined my b day. My guest are peeling the wet part and eating the well done part. I need the manager to reach out to me. Then I call the manager and said hey you know when the young lady sold the cake she asked me if I wanted chocolate or vanilla. Which says yes they do bake the cake because why ask me what flavor and you don't bake the cake? Saying it comes off the display and the manager simply said he will not fix the problem like wow you don't do business in this manner. Dont come here unless you want to be sick! I will be contacting the city health department! i bought some bread from their bakery yesterday afternoon 6/17/23 and i open the bread today 6/18/23 and it was covered in mold from underneath since it was wrapped in plastic wrap i couldnt see if the bread was good or not but when i opened it, the bread had green mold growing underneath and it hasnt been the only time this has happened its happened many times before which is why i always check everything before choosing. There also time where ive personally have had to tell employees to remove molded bread from their shelves because they just leave it for the next person to puck it up. This is unacceptable what if one of my kids would of pick the bread up and eat it before i got home? i will be sure to contact the houston health department if you cant make sure to do quality check on your store daily maybe you should closed this place down! Specially old guy the manager in the back room he clearly saw me come in and saw that i was upset about the mold on the bread he looked at the bread and me and continued to go on about his day and didnt even try to rectify the problem or apologize for anything just continue back to his office like he saw nothing!

Compré un poco de pan de su panadería ayer por la tarde 6/17/23 y abrí el pan hoy 18/6/23 y estaba cubierto de moho por debajo ya que estaba envuelto en una envoltura de plástico. No pude ver si el pan era bueno o no, pero cuando lo abrí, el pan tenía moho verde creciendo debajo y No ha sido la única vez que esto ha sucedido, ha sucedido muchas veces antes, por lo que siempre reviso todo antes de elegir. También hubo momentos en los que personalmente he tenido que decirles a los empleados que retiren el pan mohoso de sus estantes porque simplemente lo dejan para que la próxima persona lo recoja. Esto es inaceptable, ¿y si uno de mis hijos recogiera el pan y se lo comiera antes de que yo llegara a casa? Me aseguraré de comunicarme con el departamento de salud de Houston si no puede asegurarse de realizar un control de calidad en su tienda todos los días, ¡tal vez debería cerrar este lugar! Especialmente el manager, el señor en que siempre pasa en la oficina, claramente me vio entrar y vio que estaba molesto por el moho en el pan, miró el pan y a mí y continuó con su día y ni siquiera trató de rectificar el problema. o discúlpese por cualquier cosa, ¡simplemente continúe de regreso a su oficina como si no...
