Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Houston

We were in the area and decided to stop at this Popeyes. What a great regret this was !!! We ordered the eight-piece chicken and forgot to ask for what pieces to include, the cashier never asked and gave us all thighs and two drumsticks. Worst chicken from a Popeyes we've ever had, from the first bite we could tell. The oil tasted so rancid. And the meat was gross and soggy. We wanted to turn around and get our money back but traffic was dense. Had bloody chicken when I went to eat it when I got home. Called and spoke with the manager Justin and he apologized and offered me free fresh pieces of chicken. He seemed to be rushing me off the phone. Apparently they sell bloody chicken and they have this conversation quite often. After he kept repeating himself about giving me free chicken, I let him know I do not want the chicken but simply to bring it to your attention that you guys are selling uncooked chicken. He didn’t seem too concerned. I hope he took it serious but either way, I won’t be going back to that location. And hopefully I do not get sick from this or a lawsuit...

Rude workers, tried explaining my online order situation, they talked to me as if I'm stupid, I worked drove thru and I would never treat a customer with lack of patience. When I got my food it looks like they through the fries in the bag out of disrespect. Their phone numbers don't go through and it was already a stressful situation using my mother's coupon. She doesn't understand much so she gave them the wrong number and for that reason they got really disrespectful so I stepped in to explain as I do know how drive thru works amd they still talked with a an attitude as if I'm stupid.
