Go elsewhere! It should have been a sign that all three of my friends and I could get in right away, indicating that they’re not busy for a reason. My massage was just ok. My masseuse was not that skilled.. One of my friends was nearly getting beaten up by the masseur. She kept saying ou but he didn’t take the hint and let up. He and my masseuse kept taking throughout the session so I finally asked my Chinese friend to tell them to not talk so much because we couldn’t relax. I thought they didn’t understand English but they apologized and stopped talking. That friend said her massage was not great as well. But the icing on the cake was when we paid. First, the friend that nearly got beat up handed the owner/manager/Lily? $50 and wanted $5 back. It was $35. The lady told her she didn’t have change ( yeah right) so my friend begrudgingly told her to keep the change instead of paying with credit card because she just wanted to get the heck out of there. Then, I paid and was going to leave $7 on $35 which is 20% and the only small cash I had. I normally tip more when I’m happy with a service but I wasn’t that satisfied. My girlfriend and I went to this establishment, we have no words. We were humiliated and disrespectful and took our dignity. The most unprofessional service we ever had. They had us pay first and then demanded tip before the service. They embarrassed us in front of the whole place, we have never been talked to or treated like this. When we confronted them they were not remorseful and they continued to argue about the tip. We went to go to support and have a lovely experience and we have never been so humiliated.during the massage they didn’t listen to our resquest and they were laughing and talking the whole entire time. The massage was terrible, we paid over 140+ to this establishment and they didn’t have any customer services. They were very rude, degrading and insulting. Never ever go to this place if you don’t want to be treated like NOTHING. Go somewhere else!!!! The lady brought me and a friend into a 3 bed room for a foot massage where a worker was watching TV. They paused the TV when I expressed concern, so the same worker just turned on her side and tried to take a nap in our massage room. When I complained about the napping lady, she was asked to leave the room. Therafter the lady that provided my service was grumpy the whole time. After a not pleasant experience I chose not to tip and the worker complained that she would get no pay if I didn't tip her.
