I AM IN LOVE WITH SECRET SALON 316!!!! I grew out my hair for years just to get blessed by @hairby_secret_bao (on ig). I got my first session done on July 1. It was my first time ever getting my hair professionally dyed. When searching for a hair artist, Bao was special because of his air touch technique. And just look him up on instagram, you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about! His photos speak volumes! I showed Bao my inspiration photos and he gave me really great advice to help maintain the health of my hair while at the same time, achieving the goal that I wanted. I have a LOTTTT of hair, and he was VERYYY thorough and diligent. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair and honestly feel much more confident in myself. I went back today to get my roots done as well as go lighter with some face framing layers. I had more inspo photos to show him, and of course he gave me more advice to maintain the health of my hair and gave me options on how to reach my end goal. He consistently checks up on me to see if I am comfortable while working on my hair for 7 hours straight. Him and his assistant Chloe provide great customer service and are so friendly. I had Chloe as my stylist. I found her on Instagram ( _prettybychole) check her out! I came to her requesting a certain hairstyle. I’m glad that she was honest about it and told me it wasn’t the best option for my hair since in a matter of 2 weeks it wouldn’t look good anymore. (my hair has had previous work before) I’ve had other stylists do work on me saying they can achieve what I ask and mess up my hair completely. So l picked something else last minute and we got it done. The hair was beautiful nothing wrong with it. I went home and sat on it. I was conflicted because even though I thought the hair was beautiful and everyone liked it. It wasn’t what I had in mind. I’ve always had a problem with speaking up about these types of things. But over the years I’ve gotten better at it. I don’t like addressing this because there’s been times when the stylists got an attitude with me when I expressed I wasn’t happy about something. Usually I don’t say anything and I take my lose. But I decided to reach out to her and tell her my concerns. She was understanding and nice about it. I just got it retoned with her and didn’t feel any animosity or attitude from her the time I got it done. I was worried at first but was comfortable that this situation wasn’t taken personally. Some people can’t take criticism but she can. I’m happy that the problem was fixed and she was nice about it the whole situation....
