We enrolled our 5-year-old daughter at Lobo Gymnastics with high hopes due to the initially positive environment. Unfortunately, we've noticed a decline in coaching quality over time. Some coaches often spend their time speaking to each other or using their cellphones, showing little interest in coaching. This lack of engagement has not been universal; indeed, some coaches appear to be attentive and committed. However, when we are assigned a coach who is less engaged, we find ourselves without recourse to request a change. Despite reaching out to discuss a potential level change to better suit our daughter's needs, we did not receive any response. Most recently, even with a small class size, our daughter felt ignored, which was particularly disheartening. While every child's needs are different, the inconsistency in coaching quality has led us to decide to discontinue the classes. We are disappointed to have to leave due to the lack of motivation of some coaches and the apparent lack of direction and control from the administration. It's a pity, as we had positive experiences...
Read moreMy son has been dis-enrolled for almost 6 months & has not attended since, but I am still billed every week with a late fee. đ
We dis-enrolled because we were âaccidentally chargedâ an extra $75 for 2 weeks straight and no refund was ever given. if that gives you any idea of the billing system at Lobo. Emailed and called several times, no answer. The owner is probably the least nice person I have ever dealt with. Maybe they will still bill me even when he goes off to college. Who knows?
They called me once to tell me they were charging me $25 because my son never showed up to after school careâŚwhen they were the ones who were supposed to pick him up! Lol after so much stress, we figured out he was actually there all along and no one had accounted for him. How crazy to call a parent to notify them of the extra charge (but not that the child was missing) without confirming first. There are a lot better options for after school care in the Clear...
Read moreMy kids have gone to lobo for a few years now. My youngest attended full time preschool and now both are in their after school program. They both love attending the center and having the ability to run and play games. I find lobo active offers a great opportunity that most daycares do not. Keeping them physically busy and also engaging their minds. With two children with ADHD they need the ability to get their energy out after being in a seat in school all day with little exercise. I've also allowed my oldest to take gymnastics classes for a period of time when she attended. That is a really nice option as well to have an extra curricular available at the daycare setting. No hauling to different buildings and causing me to miss work. They also work with workforce which is a surprise because most of the centers on workforce list are the traditional settings where the kids are in a little class rooms and have little...
