University Plaza — Local services in Houston

I go to University Plaza to shop at the Dollar Tree(Great) Goodwill store(25% Sr discount day on Wednesday) UPS store, and most recently Arby's who have done a complete remodel of store and menu that I went to because of these Great coupons for new menu (2 for 1 & get free with...) The food was really, really good, inside was new, clean, service too. Without the coupons prices are not cheap ($6.00 for 1 sandwich, plus any extras...drink, onion rings are FANTASTIC ) Yes, I have gone back even without the coupons because the food is REALLY GOOD. The plaza just put a new "blacktop" in the parking lot (was a parking hassle for like a week/10days, but very nice now that it's finished....

This was not my first visit to Goodwill here, but my first to buy something at this location was a piece of entertainment media for 3 dollars. A blu ray disc in decent condition. The two cashiers on a Monday were busy, and thank goodness not so chatty to their customers. Because there were some bargain shoppers in line. The guy in the storage area next to furniture was happier to be back there instead of helping out front, organizing the mess, and assisting customers. Two and a half stars. Nothing special is here. Sections need to be better organized. Shirts were hung up based on color and mixed women, men, and children sizes. More prominent signage defining men, women, and children's sections. Its a shame that you are charging $12 for a Nautica or Polo shirt ( TJ Maxx sells the same shirt for $12-19 NEW), yet these didn't cost the company anything as these items were donated. I understand covering your overhead but other Goodwill locations are charging $3.75-4.75...
