Bubble Island — Restaurant in Houston

I have known the two owners, the couple for many years over a decade I've been going here and know them. I remember when they had their first child and now they drive a cybertruck and are very successful business owners and extremely honest hard-working people I hope they stay in our community as long as possible for them and their health. Yesterday, pretty much possible they saved my life as exaggerated as it might sound my knees buckled, at the counter and I held up on the counter but I was losing my balance and passing out but he had me across the counter grab me by the shoulder and the bicep properly, and she came around and they sat me down and they gave me plenty of water told me to stay inside the AC I told him I think it's cuz it's too hot and I was working on a car and that may have been what causes because I had a couple dizzy spells before the same day. I owe them big time possibly some artwork for painting is my forte :-). Especially modern and whatever they need they have me. Their drinks are fantastic that's why I keep going back! I had not been there this time though in about 2 years 4 hours busy. So it's very happy to see them again I'm just sorry that I was in poor health at the moment but I've been checked out and I am okay. Please if you are in the area this is the place to stop by and have fun and get a refreshment and many good restaurants in the area and a nice community and also exploration green is nearby if it's cool enough go for a walk with your bubble...

I have visited this place several times. They open at 11am, but they NEVER have the tapioca ready until almost noon! I have asked the owner why they are not getting there early enough to make sure their tapioca is ready at the opening of business. He stated “because he has a family.” 🤔 As a customer, it is wrong to be asked to wait, an additional 7-20 minutes, after 11:30am, until they get their tapioca ready. Most of their drinks are made with tapioca, so they are asking people to wait or choose a jelly. If you are running a business, everything on your menu should be made available when you open your doors. Otherwise, open at noon if you can’t have the tapioca ready until then!!! My time is valuable. Customers should not be asked to wait for a business to prepare a product because of their lack of concern; because their personal life is more important than their business. The “OWNERS/employees” should get there early enough to make sure “everything” is ready when the sign in the window says they are OPEN for business! They have lost my...

I have been looking for Bubble(Boba) tea since I visited IDaho last year and got to try some. What delicious fun. Unfortunately upon finding Bubble Island I was highly disappointed that each time I ordered a flavor of Boba for my Thai Tea (such as coffee cream, non fruit flavors) they said ..we are out. Instead of letting myself and family know what they were out of to begin with. The ladies were very nice but this was infuriating. I Was stuck with fruit or tapioca and i didn't want either but to get "boba" I settled for the flavor that would least change the flavor of the tea ...tapioca. though the tea itself was quite yummy the bubbles were quite large and very chewy and solid and were not very good and my poor grandaughter who followed in my footsteps could not enjoy any of her drink because of those bubbles she...
