I ordered a pizza on Friday night online through Pizza's Hut's website around 9:02 pm CST. I paid for the pizza and received a text to my phone that the order had been received and that I should receive it in 35-40 minutes. An hour passed so I called the number on the text which was for this location. I explained to the manager of my order and he said that number is not on file. I asked him why did I receive a text and my card was charged and that I still had not received the pizza. He said he would check into it and call me back. He called back and said he did not show that order, however my card was charged. I became very frustrated the manager became very rude because I requested a refund. He told me he did not have time for me, and gave me a customer service number in San Antonio and hung up. I called the number in San Antonio, in which they told me I had to call the location. I was then transferred to a different location in San Antonio that obviously had no clue. I then called the Richmond Ave location and they would not answer the call. I called the San Antonio number again and spoke to a nice lady that tried to locate my pizza and refund my card. It so happened that the online site had an old phone number and an address that I never lived, I had thought the address listed was for the Pizza Hut location.
The lady at the customer service number said she would try to contact the Richmond Ave location to stop the order and process the refund. Well, it's the next day, I have yet to hear from anyone, I never received my pizza and I am out of my money. If I could give no stars I would. I will tell everyone of the horrible service I received and will never order online again. Received verbal feedback that order will be delivered at 1:45 pm. At 2:20 I called to follow up on my order which had not been delivered. Told by a female representative at the store that order had been delivered. Told her the order was not delivered and since it was not delivered I requested a refund. Told her I’d like to speak to a manager because I did not want anything but a refund. She agreed to refund the full amount. However, the driver comes at 2:50 pm with the cold pizza. Did not bring the plates or napkins. Told the driver I’ve already placed an order with Marcos pizza since order had not been fulfilled. Specifically told the driver I was to get a refund and I am still awaiting my refund. Pizza was cold and uneatable. After tending to my busy salon I then proceeded to call and speak to manager. The representative claimed to be manager was unprofessional rude and denied offering me the refund. His rude communication to me consisted of this “After YALL got done hovering over the pizza” He denied previous communication of refund refused to provide his name or ID and refused to accept us returning the pizza. Read moreHorrible experience at this location. I placed a pickup order for this location and for some odd reason my order got sent to a different location. Even though my order confirmation had this location on it. I tried to go in and pick up my order but the manager, (older guy, rude af) said he didn’t see any orders under my number. I even tried to show him that I in fact paid for my order at this location on my phone and asked if he could fix my order despite the glitch in the system. He wouldn’t even look at it. He just kept repeating I’m not gonna make you free food. It’s not in our system. Like um sir I don’t want anything free from yall😂 I just simply want the order that I already paid for. That man just would not be understanding and reasonable with me he didn’t even wanna look at my phone so I can show him proof that I sent and paid for an order at this location.
