I ordered a pizza on Friday night online through Pizza's Hut's website around 9:02 pm CST. I paid for the pizza and received a text to my phone that the order had been received and that I should receive it in 35-40 minutes. An hour passed so I called the number on the text which was for this location. I explained to the manager of my order and he said that number is not on file. I asked him why did I receive a text and my card was charged and that I still had not received the pizza. He said he would check into it and call me back. He called back and said he did not show that order, however my card was charged. I became very frustrated the manager became very rude because I requested a refund. He told me he did not have time for me, and gave me a customer service number in San Antonio and hung up. I called the number in San Antonio, in which they told me I had to call the location. I was then transferred to a different location in San Antonio that obviously had no clue. I then called the Richmond Ave location and they would not answer the call. I called the San Antonio number again and spoke to a nice lady that tried to locate my pizza and refund my card. It so happened that the online site had an old phone number and an address that I never lived, I had thought the address listed was for the Pizza Hut location.

The lady at the customer service number said she would try to contact the Richmond Ave location to stop the order and process the refund. Well, it's the next day, I have yet to hear from anyone, I never received my pizza and I am out of my money. If I could give no stars I would. I will tell everyone of the horrible service I received and will never order online again. I would still like to receive my refund, I had no intention of feeding whoever those people were at that address you had. I was left hungry while they got to feast...

At 1pm I called in the following order large pepperoni pizza, brownie, and dr.pepper. In addition, I requested 4 paper plates, and napkins. Received verbal feedback that order will be delivered at 1:45 pm. At 2:20 I called to follow up on my order which had not been delivered. Told by a female representative at the store that order had been delivered. Told her the order was not delivered and since it was not delivered I requested a refund. Told her I’d like to speak to a manager because I did not want anything but a refund. She agreed to refund the full amount. However, the driver comes at 2:50 pm with the cold pizza. Did not bring the plates or napkins. Told the driver I’ve already placed an order with Marcos pizza since order had not been fulfilled. Specifically told the driver I was to get a refund and I am still awaiting my refund. Pizza was cold and uneatable. After tending to my busy salon I then proceeded to call and speak to manager. The representative claimed to be manager was unprofessional rude and denied offering me the refund. His rude communication to me consisted of this “After YALL got done hovering over the pizza” He denied previous communication of refund refused to provide his name or ID and refused to accept us returning the pizza. Please do not place an order with location as they lack professionalism and the ability to deliver quality pizza. Absolutely disheartening. Thank goodness for Marcos Pizza. I’m tired of companies taking advantage of people and their hard earned money therefore I’ll be reaching out to corporate office to discuss the service rendered and request my...

Horrible experience at this location. I placed a pickup order for this location and for some odd reason my order got sent to a different location. Even though my order confirmation had this location on it. I tried to go in and pick up my order but the manager, (older guy, rude af) said he didn’t see any orders under my number. I even tried to show him that I in fact paid for my order at this location on my phone and asked if he could fix my order despite the glitch in the system. He wouldn’t even look at it. He just kept repeating I’m not gonna make you free food. It’s not in our system. Like um sir I don’t want anything free from yall😂 I just simply want the order that I already paid for. That man just would not be understanding and reasonable with me he didn’t even wanna look at my phone so I can show him proof that I sent and paid for an order at this location. All around that manager is rude with a nasty attitude. He’s not understandable and attentive to the customers. He lacks customer service big time. He has no business being a manager acting like that towards customers. I wasted my whole lunch break here and In the end didn’t even receive my food and no refund. I ordered 2 pizzas 1 large pepperoni and 1 small pizza with bbq sauce, no cheese, and pepperoni. My son is highly allergic to milk so I told them no cheese! specifically NOCheese! I got it delivered and paid exact change. The large was fine but the small HAD CHEESE ON IT. I call up there to ask for them to remake it and deliver another one, the manager goes back and forth with me because he was frustrated, then he hangs up. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! I call again and demand to speak to his boss, he then continues to yell argue with me. He hands the phone to someone else and they agree to remake it. I get the second one and ALL OF THE PEPPERONI IS BURNT, NOT JUST EXTRA COOKED BUT BLACK…. SERIOUSLY!!!! I call up there again and the manager tells me I have to drive up there and give them the burnt one if I want the pizza remade. Why? I paid the delivery fee. I’ve never received such terrible service from a manager. They also mentioned that his name was MR.Brown….I ended up speaking to his boss to resolve the issue, but I won’t be ordering from this location again; horrible service and a rude manager. Please retrain him in customer service.

i saw an online deal for $12.99 and placed the order for delivery. we were quoted a 25 min delivery time, but the order took twice as long. which even still wouldnt be such a big deal, however, the pizza was undercooked, poorly cut with very little to no sauce, no exaggeration. i called and spoke to the manager, Rashad, he did offer to remake our order, but said it would take about 45mins to an hour to deliver because it was peak time. we decided to move forward with his offer, to our surprise the 2nd pizza was delivered in about 15-20min. when we opened the box, we noticed it was only pepperoni verses the mushrooms and bacon that was originally ordered. i would of called yet again, but at this point we were over it. definitely sticking to Domino's. i totally agree with the quality and service reviews made by the one stars below. if you offer to make up for it, make it right.
