I can't say enough good things about Mean Green Third Ward. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported by the coaches. The workouts are intense and challenging, but the coaches are knowledgeable and always ensure that you're using the correct form and pushing yourself safely.
The variety in the programming keeps things fresh, and I've seen significant improvements in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness since joining. What really sets this gym apart, though, is the sense of camaraderie. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, everyone is cheering each other on, and it's clear that the gym's culture is built on positivity and mutual support.

Lord knows my fitness level was 0 when I started about 7ish weeks ago, but no one shamed me or tried to push me past my limits. Instead, what I got (from both the coaches, Cindy and Christian, and other members) was high fives, motivation, and tons of āitās okā, ākeep goingā, and āyou got thisā. I knew from the first day I set foot in this gym that this was my place. I never would have thought Iād be a 5:30AM girlie, but Iām excited to get up and go to Mean Green before work! I have not personally met the owner, Chris, but he is very communicative. He went above and beyond to help me navigate the website and the app to help me get registered.
