I went to move into a storage unit today and they gave me the wrong directions to my unit , said it was on the first floor when I actually came to find out much later it was the 2nd floor , meanwhile I have movers being paid by the hour waiting to unload and I can’t find my unit and NOONE IS IN THE OFFICE. Absolutely ridiculous. I was there about 2 hours, finally found my unit on my own after wasting time/money looking and the entire time no one comes to the office. Some kind of maintenance guy shows up but says he can’t get into the office because whoever was supposed to be there ran off with the keys. This experience was completely unacceptable and I will be in contact demanding a refund for the extra 30 minutes I had to pay the movers as there is also no signage whatsoever indicating which number units are on which floor so I had to go on a wild goose chase with zero assistance. Believe me if I could afford movers again I would be RUNNING from this storage unit. whoever used to work here that provided good service apparently quit is what another renter told me, save yourself the headache DO NOT RENT HERE
Edit: in response to the companies response I tried calling many times on different days and none ever answers, so if no one is ever there to assist customers once again DO NOT rent here, the “ask us” button does not help or get you to a live person so make all the excuses you want, either staff the place properly or at least have someone remote to answer...

The staff that works on site do as good of a job they can with the horrible support their management team provides. Rarely carts are available to use for the customers. There are several lights that are out and/or not working. The lights and covers in the elevators are absolutely disgusting. The expense to replace them are MINIMAL (+/- $10.00 each) The hours of access are ridiculous! The renter can not access the property after 6:30. This is because they do not have any way to monitor and/or keep the homeless from spending the night in the building. Rather than charging a lower rate because of the hours of access and the inability maintain the property properly. Since I have leased storage space at this location the last 5+ years, the things they have done consistently are as follows; A. Raised the rent every year. B. No regular preventative maintenance of the facility. C. Consistent/proper temperature throughout the facility.
Look elsewhere…they have just announced another rate increase as of August…the reason, I’m sure, because everyone else...
Read moreThis place is clean and all staff have been relatively friendly, but they keep the carts in the office, you have to give an ID to get one, and if the agent is busy they lock it. I have had to wait 20 min for a cart, and today I had to wait 20 minutes to get my ID back because the agent ran an errand while she had my ID. She did not put a note on the door about when she was coming back, she was just gone and my ID locked in the office and I was ready to leave. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Also, when I have had issues or questions I call and call and can never get anyone on the phone. I ALWAYS have to go in person. They also hiked my rent $50 after 6 months and did not notify me as stated in our agreement. No email about it, when all other communication is by email. I found their method sneaky. The site agent and the man I spoke to at customer service ( I was only given a # with a person on the other end after going in person to complain) said they could not do anything about it.
