We wanted to like this place sooo bad but the series of events and how we were handled was just weird and unnecessary. First we arrive at 3:00, with expectations that we would get taken care of within an hour or so because it was a very busy day. Our large groups of 9 was seated very quickly. Upon us sitting down we took a look at the menus got our order together so when the waitress came we would be prepared. We order 2 hookahs while we wait. When the waitress arrives she brings us water and takes our order. This is around 3:15 . After she takes our order we ask for 2 more water’s because the 1st set went by quick it’s 9 of us. Around 3:45 she comes back and says she can’t put our order in because the kitchen id backed up and hour and they close at 5 the only thing she could do is bring us the mimosa tower. We said that’s fine. Around 4:15 we still have no hookah or any mimosa tower. Around 4:30 people are still coming in and getting food as well as their hookahs. So in between 3:45 and 4:30 we are asking for updates nobody is saving anything. They are disregarding all of our questions. We don’t have anymore water , no hookah and no mimosa tower. We are also confused because we were told that they couldn’t put in orders but people who came in after us were getting food. We figured you could order online but that was not the case. At 4:45 we decided to leave. Since the only thing we paid for was the hookahs we were looking for the hookah team to refund the money. When asked where can we find them the bartender, waitress and hostess said they don’t know where they are you have to find them on the floor. After looking around and speaking to a coal refiller he brushed off my complaint and said just wait it’s coming. We are upset now, we feel neglected as well as frustrated. As we are leaving at 4:45 the bottle girl brings the mimosa tower to the door and says “do y’all want the tower still?” No ma’am we are leaving. Finally we find the guy who is over the hookah and he tells me that it will be 24 hours for a refund. That’s is completely fine however how can I contact you if my refund is not here in 24 hours he kept saying he didn’t give out personal information. We didn’t ask for your personal information, if this is a business we need the business information. He still kept saying he did not give out personal information. Read moreMy review is solely based on my interaction with the security. When I arrived, my bag and person were searched. No biggie. As I enter the establishment a security guard walks up behind me and says "they not going to let you in here like that." I was confused so I asked what the issue was. He responded "your ass cheeks are out."
Now I was wearing a halter dress with mesh skirt. I inquired if I could pull the outfit down and he said no. I didn't feel like my ass cheeks were out but I wasn't going to argue. I explained I was running late for a party but that my friends were in there. I asked if I could let them know what was going on since they were not answering the phone. He said that was okay. I walked around and eventually found them. As I was explaining the issue, he walked up with an attitude. "You got to get out of here." I told him that I was aware and I was just letting them know. I also immediately walked to the door. As I was leaving, the hostess asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. I said that would be great. When the young lady approached she asked me to turn around. She stated "I don't see the issue. You're covered up to me. Yes, you can come in." By now my whole party was standing by the door. I beckoned for them to come back when the security guard starting talking to the manager. He repeatedly said "that's on you." It was 100% clear he was trying to bully her and have her change her answer. Only a weak individual bullies a woman but I digress. After he stated this, the manager said "okay, no, you can't come in." I didn't argue and immediately left. I wish she had the backbone to stand up for me and herself but I understand the dynamics of an Ike and Tina Turner situation.
As I was leaving a young lady entered with a see through jumper on and her tits and ass out. She was allowed entrance.
I recommended this spot because my friends wanted to enjoy brunch, it was close in proximity and I myself have enjoyed the vibe several times. However after today, I cannot see myself spending another dime at this establishment. My friends all said they would never return there again. This is so sad as I'm sure they would have enjoyed themselves had we been given the chance.

I valet my truck, and decided to have a good time with some friends. I valet my truck and had a good time. The waitress and everyone was nice. Well, I didn’t realize they close at 7pm on a Saturday. I wasn’t mad originally, because I noticed someone moved my vehicle in front for protection in front of the cameras. So I was planning on doing something nice for them when I came back. But the owners energy is just not classy, for someone who has a whole pr persona for the cameras. My friend pulls up after hours and we noticed they were closed. This was around 10:20 PM. A party bus pulls us, with the owner and friends and they hunk the horn as if they can’t just pull up around us. Look at how wide the street is in front, that was just very unnecessary. I asked the gentleman how can I get my truck, he told me to ask the owner. She was not trying to help, very rude and unprofessional. That’s not how I conduct business. She couldn’t even bother to look you in the eye like I was scum bothering her. I don’t know she was the owner originally, until she left. That’s what made me upset that the valet man was way more willing to help than she was. Forward today, the valet manager is very nice! He was nervous and I appreciate what he did, but my damn key was inside and Felicia knew it! The valet employee were rude today as if $20 dollars was the end of the world. The fact that I am a professional person, the good me was going to reward the kind gesture of the person who did that. But that whole ordeal just put a sour taste in my mouth. The amount of money that was spent was not worth this whole unnecessary poor mannerisms of the owner and the other rude employees. As someone who has been in similar shoes I would have never conducted myself like that in front of my place of business!
