I asked for lots of pressure due to the muscle tension that occurs for me . I asked before being assigned a room while in the lobby. I ask again before the massage started. The inverse happened to a female client where they were given too much pressure. I would of preferred you focus on my back/neck area which you stopped numerous times on when working on the tight spots. You literally felt them but didn't do enough to actually release the tight muscles (again not enough pressure).

The guy kept walking out of the room and answering his cell = less massage time I paid for.

The prior reviews are correct on the man watching you sign your credit card receipt. He literally leaned over the counter to watch me write my tip in. He then said that's it? I said no that's not just the tip, it's $124+ dollars AND the tip based on satisfaction of your service. He then said oh ok so you're going to double the tip? I said no and handed him the signed receipt then walked out. If my credit card statement says more than I signed for, I'll be I'm filing a fraud charge. He ended up getting an additional tip in cash from the birthday girl who wanted the massage.

Eastern Foot Massage: a tip isn't automatic, it's based on service given. Part of service is listening to your clients. Had you listened to my pressure preferences AND the birthday girl's preferences, your tip would of been better. Keep this in mind and stop trying to bully people into increasing the tip.

The female massage therapist was kind, but my 2 stars rating is for the overall experience and warning to females. I believe the man was the owner of the shop, or part of management who saw me and my friends waiting in the front. When he approached us we had an unpleasant feeling that we were being sized up. My friend was given particular uncomfortable attention that made us all feel uneasy, but we brushed it aside thinking he was just being attentive. The whole time in the back of my mind I kept feeling like something was off. It was confirmed when I was walking out of my room the same man was peeking in a room where a client was being serviced. None of the massage therapists seemed to be surprised, like this was normal. This is a violation of privacy and I'm sure the client was unaware and and faced down. I'm not sure if he did the same to us, but that just means the massage therapists could work with the man in service. There were also many moments when the therapist left me in a certain position and stepped out the room (maybe items), and I could tell she didn't close the curtain. I've had full body massages before and tried this place for the first time and never had this feeling before. Please take this review in consideration. Walked in pretty excited about the 30 min foot/ 30 min body massage for $50. However, I’m fairly positive the younger man who did my massage was on his phone throughout my foot massage portion. He put a towel over my eyes but I felt his phone vibrating on the bed throughout the massage and often would pull away after his phone went off, I can only assume to answer his phone. Then, when it came to the body massage, he told me to turn around and so I did, unsure of what was next. Once he started massaging my body, I was wondering why I still had my top on and he never asked that I undressed, nor did he close the curtain or create a comfortable situation to take my clothes off. I was with a friend who understood mandarin and when the massage was over, he heard a woman ask the young man why my clothes were still on. His response was that he guessed I wanted a dry massage. However, he never even offered or created a situation for me to become undressed. I was in an open, cubical type room and the curtain was open the entire time. Also, because he didn’t offer this, I missed out on the hot stones that come at the end of the massage. The moment the massage was over, his nose was back in his cell phone.
