The Artisan 360 — Restaurant in Houston

Where has this place been all my life? I've been going to Bellaire for many many years and I don't know when this popped up but it's sitting on a corner across from Tan Tan restaurant everybody and anybody knows this restaurant if you've been here enough) When you walk inside you will be immersed in some very comfortable furniture along with some basket style lights. It's very comfortable in here!

The menu is not extensive but it is sufficient for the style and comfort that you will endure in here. You will not find any real robot here but they have the crystal ball which is just like a semi heart jelly but if you can get past that you've got it licked. Hey Vietnamese coffee with the croissant type sidecar that I had was actually very good. Other friends had different drinks like a lychee tea or something and a presentation is decent.

Ambience is a little loud in here when there's a lot of people in here but it's a coffee shop not a library right? This is a decent place to take a date and I would recommend it as it doesn't show any type of Riff Raff that some parts of Bel Air can project. The cashier or personality should say are pretty much friendly. It's not like they would rather be somewhere else like some other places where you go and you feel like you are bothering them or something.

I had the pleasure of reading the owner which I did not know at that time but he tries to remain silent in the background in a lot of it and very wasn't a nice person.

Let me start by saying how grateful I was to my sister by taking me here. The staff here is the epitome of how the service industry should be. We not supposed to come here on a Monday due to my sister itinerary for this place is Tuesday, but thank god we chose to go Monday because we ran out of places to go and the airbnb is not accepting us yet. We got here, then realized this place closed Tuesday. I would be so mad at her if we went and they're closed.

The place is very pretty and not as big as other cafe that's nearby but the owners here spent the money on the decorations. This cafe shop reminds me of how Vietnam cafe shop supposed to be and I love how we were greeted and how welcoming they are. This place hired mostly men but they all are so professional. We ordered almost all of their mousses and a few drinks. Their coconut coffee was good but a little bitter. Their egg coffee was to die for and I do recommend everyone to try it at least once in your life. My sister also ordered their fruit drinks and it's very good, but because we ordered sweet; it makes the drink so so sour.

The one thing I would say about this place is that the manager or owner here is too uptight. All their workers is constantly doing something but for the 1.30 we were there, she constantly telling them to do something else like they're just standing there doing nothing. Other than that, this place is a GEM.

This place was definitely worth the drive for me! No cash! Card/tap payment only! First, the decor is cute and welcoming. Definitely feels like a relaxing place to sip tea. (The seats and table are low so if you expect to bring a laptop to use or study with several materials, might not be the best seating arrangement for you. But perfect to sit and read.) The menu, I feel, is decently priced and they encourage you to check the online menu because it has pictures so you know what you're ordering. I ordered their Loving Tea Set. Perfect for one or two people. It comes with 2 cakes - I tried their Calamansi White Chocolate and Mango cakes. Loved it! Light and fluffy. The tea I tried is the Yuzu Peach Green Tea, has a slight sweet undertone to it. On my way out, I ordered their Artisan Milk Tea (it comes with an cute brown ice bear). One of the better milk teas I've tried. I watched different people order different things and each time the drinks look exactly like the pics, very pretty! I plan to try their Japanese Dalgona next time. It's not a super big selection of desserts but they're all cute. I think it was the owner/manager who took my order, even if it wasn't, she was very friendly. Not just to me, but to the other customers as well while I was there.
