The manager on duty, was rude and disrespectful over a package of candy that fell and got caught between the floor and my bag without me knowing.
First, I will not accept rude behavior from anyone. Second, this person is unfit for customer facing roles if this is standard behavior.
Lastly, I can understand theft prevention and condone being vigilant on this. But, that is no excuse for poor behavior.
