My boyfriend and I went to buy outlr furniture from there for our new home spend 5k. The delivery date was set on a Friday they said they would deliver after 2 between 3-4! That was find with me, but 4 came around and they was still not here the lady on the phone name Blanca was very rude she said our time was not written in stone that they had things to the there that we were basically not priority! We were the only delivery schedule and that they will show up when get done that she doesn’t have to tell a time because they doesn’t know. That we asked for a discount so I have no right to complain which was not true the Asian guy offered a delivery discount but that’s not the point she could of handle the situation in a totally different attitude.Very unorganized. I bought my mom a couch and loveseat on Sept 9, 2017 which was 8 months ago. When they delivered the furniture the cushion had all the material missing from it and the arm of the couch was missed up to. So I had to call them NUMEROUS TIMES for someone to finally get back with me. So today 6/2/2018 I went and picked up her cushion FINALLY and I told them about the couch arm and they TOLD ME that when I sent them the pictures of the couch, the only thing that was missed up was the cushion they didn't care about the arm of the couch LIKE REALLY. The lady told me THAT IT WAS WEAR AND TEAR that's some bull and they KNOW IT. I had been shopping there for years BUT AFTER TODAY I WILL NOT GO BACK THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND...

Worst place to spend money in furniture....If you don't want to loose your money, don't go to this place....If the furniture has any problem few months after been purchased and you go there to submit a claim, you have to wait long time for an answer, even if you call them several times, they still don't give you a clear answer about your claim and they let the time runs....The manager has no patience at all to deal with customers in this cases and is very rude....I'm still dealing with the claiming that I did several months ago...Nothing have been solved.....Don't waist your money here...don't let your sacrifice to be thrown to the garbage by the management of...
