ThisOlive garden location is not what it used. And really all Olive garden's in general. There are more noodles and pasta than there is whatever choice of meat entree. used to be for a regular order, for instance of shrimp scampi.you'ed get 12 shrimp (at least) and now you get maybe 9 or less in the lunch portion there's only three were there should be at least four to six. Skimping is well and good but eventually you lose customers!!!!!!!!!! This one off hwy 45. the hostess and the waitresses were way too laxted, not at all pleasant, had any of the good traits that servers and hostesses, etc, should. I caught a the hostess making faces like a hurry up, I am a board, didn't talk to the customers, on the way to seating them. The welcome at the entrance was very dry dry. On our way out same thing. The employees and atmosphere was not at all inviting or pleasing. The server we got, was good , polite, etc. However she totally ignored us, we had to ask her for certain things, still she kept us waiting, she served everyone else except us. We weren't exactly dressed to kill. But I think that all customers should be treated equally. I was a hostess at a restaurant, all the servers asked me not to give them the tables with Hispanics. I asked why? They told me it was because Hispanics don't tip. That is stereotyping and prejudice against their own race. Since it was a Mexican restaurant. I was truly offended because I'm Hispanic and I tip. I've been a server and I know what it's like. It's a stressful job and needs proper tipping. I don't know if this was her problem, but it was quite obvious the other customers she was serving were better dressed, Cocasian. I and my sister gave her a tip any away. because whether she judged us, we do not have the right to judge her. I thought I would mention here, because it is not a good disposition for Any istablishment. i also Mentioned it to that location, of her demeaning attitude.. As it is, that location has less and less customers at the lunch hour.is it's least a third of what it should be. And that can only mean one thing employees are not behaving as...
Read moreThe worst customer service. I was sitting in the park in lot calling in my order. And when I placed the call a young man answered the phone and I stated I would like to place an order to go. The young man never acknowledged that he heard me, so I said hello to confirm that he was still there. And his exact words were. F* you then h and then disconnected the call. The call was on speaker so even my daughter heard and said what did he say. So I got out of the car went inside the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. Syed I believe he said his name was. I told him exactly what happened and he was like well we have a lot of different people that answers the phone so I don't who that could be. So the phone started ringing at the front counter so I asked him would this be the phone I just called in on, because I just called a second ago, and he was like they have phones all over and anyone could answer the phone. So with no I'm sorry you experienced this, are let me go ahead and assist you. He kind of just brushed it off which made me to believe that he could have been the one on the other end of the phone. I drove all the way back to the Olive Garden on Bay Area Blvd and received awesome customer service. And when I told them what had happened they were like I should have came to their location. Which I agree. So I never recommend the Fuqua...
Read moreTWICE has this restaurant either messed up or missed an item. I don’t ask for over complicated orders either.
First time I ordered a shrimp scampi and to substitute the pasta for fettuccini. The waitress instead switched the sauce for alfredo sauce, but it’s ok, mistakes happen. I ask for them to remake it. Instead, the re use the same shrimp that was on the alfredo sauce onto the new dish, the alfredo sauce was still on the shrimp! I ask for a manager and the manager never appeared. Instead, I see them talking back and forth with the server right in front of me by the work station area, the see I am looking at them, then they ran off inside the kitchen. The manager did not once come by and sorted out the situation nor did he apologize, he only came to the table frantically and said “we’ll take care of it” and walked off. The meal was comped off, but still, the level of professionalism walked off the door that day.
Secondly, I ordered a to go order that I picked up around 9:20pm Thursday the 16th. Was missing my breadsticks. seriously? I paid a little more and got OG instead of Applebees that night, Im pretty sure I would’ve had a better service at...
