I usually don’t write bad reviews, but my experience at this perfume store has been consistently disappointing. My husband has a membership here because he’s a huge cologne enthusiast and appreciates the prices for members, but the staff's attitude has made our visits unbearable.

Every time we come in, we’re met with rudeness and a complete lack of customer care. It’s clear they don’t prioritize customers at all. On one occasion, a staff member told us to "hold on" because her work was apparently more important than helping us. Another time, a different employee bluntly said, "I’m busy," as if we were an inconvenience. To make matters worse, even the owner has been rude to us, which is incredibly disheartening.

This isn’t the first, second, or even third time we’ve been treated this way, and I’ve had enough. My husband keeps returning because he loves the selection and prices, but I’m honestly fed up with the lack of respect. Ms. Owner, if you’re reading this, please take the time to educate your employees on basic manners and customer service. We've been coming to this location for years, and we usually have a great experience. Except for this past visit. I went in looking for a specific perfume for myself, and the salesman kept suggesting other scents. At the same time, other customers asked questions and I guess I lost track of what I was doing. I bought the one I wanted and one he recommended, both of which he said were $55 in store with an MSRP of $125. I left the store excited, but curious about the second perfume. I looked it up and walmart had it on sale for less than $20. I felt cheated and mad that I was so gullible. I was embarrassed. My mother spoke with another salesperson and was able to exchange it for another, perfume that had been reccomened by another customer. First time here with my fiance and the experience was HORRIBLE. Super unpleasant and uncomfortable. One of the girls there was incredibly annoyed when my fiance asked her for a tester. Another girl gave me an attitude when I asked her for some help, she blatantly told me to go ask the girls on the other side when she was clearly not doing anything at all.

My fiance and I are perfume connoisseurs and we were excited to come look for new fragrances to add to our collection but after this experience we will never be back and we are going to spread the word about how disgusting the customer service at this place is.
