I had called them prior to trying to schedule an appointment and had no answer, immediately I was skeptical of their business. I decided to head over about an hour later and I was immediately greeted with a friendly face and she scheduled me for a lash extension that same evening! When I came back, I was shortly taken to a different room where a kind woman did my lashes. She didn’t understand much English though I understood them perfectly, they conveyed what they had to and stayed professional. They were very gentle and ensured I was taken care of. I recently tried the nail and eyelash at this salon, and I must say I'm extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The staff was friendly, and providing me the excellent advice. The whole process was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable, leaving me feeling rejuvenated. The products they used are Japanese style, very soft and light weight.
