My daughter and I were there on August 19 in the evening, paid for an almond caramel apple and a almond bear claw. My cost was little over 14.00. Boarded our flight in flight I wanted to try my apple, when they put it in the bag they put the napkins on top. So now the caramel is warm and the napkins are stuck to the apple. Hardly any caramel or almonds. Later my daughter tried her bear claw. Not only was it not almonds ( cashew ), but the caramel didn't even look like caramel, could not identify it at all. Next day I spoke to the owners daughter Marcie. She told me this was very important so she would get to the bottom of this and send me my money back. This was August 20th. Sent pictures of the claw., texted her a few more times in the next week or so with no answer.. I was told my transaction declined. My bank app showed it was not declined, but pending. When I complained, the guy at the register smirked and put his supervisor on the phone. I was told the transaction was declined and my bank statement would reconcile in 24 hours. This review is to describe how poor the sales lady was when helping or assisting me. I was asking about the caramel apples and she seemed like she didn’t even want to be bothered.
