Ridiculous service! The employee this morning said they had no onion so I asked if they had onion or if they were completely out. The employee rolled her eyes and said the prep people had just arrived. I asked if she could ask them for an eta so that I would know if I had time to wait prior to boarding my flight. This is an airport location! She SLOWLY walked to the back and I heard her ask the question, with attitude in tow, and the response was we don't know we just got here! If I could give fewer stars, I would. On average it took 5 mins per sandwich. There was no sense of Urgency at all. The woman at the front of the assembly line was on her phone while there were literally 30 people in line waiting for sandwiches at 6 pm. Even with most people not able to continue to wait past 30 mins for a sandwich, the three women working gave no care to that we are trying to catch flights. I waited for 40 mins hoping that their pace would improve and that subway would be faster than a burger from Papas and had to exit the line with 15 people still...

In an airport setting, when you want to grab a sandwich fast, this may be the best bet. But, overall, service was slow. The person in front of me had a detailed order, and I was skipped over for the people behind me. I had to say twice that I hadn't ordered. The bread was not as fresh as Subway boasts, and my very simple order seemed to confuse the sandwich makers. When I finally got to the checkout, no one was manning the register and again I waited.
