Sterlingshire Apartments — Local services in Houston

this is the worst place EVER!!! I came in the office wondering about the property in the 2 ladies that's in the office is rude and unprofessional.. the way she speaks to people is horrible.. her customer service was so bad I don't even want to tell anybody else about that property because of the management in that office. They act like they cant help anybody. what's the point of being in the property management/customer service business if you cant help people out. they need to be reported and housing needs to be called on them. this is sad the way office staff treats them it makes zero sense. I'm not the only person who feels this way. I know residents who is currently living over there and its mold everywhere, they apartments flood, its a big pest control issue, people get sick because of the mold and mildew for years inside the unit and management does NOTHING about it.. I wouldn't be surprised if they closed these down because of the reviews from customers and residents. Not to mention, they have been all over social media due to management not helping out their residents they so call say they care about... i would never come back in that office again and I recommend future residents and current residents move from over...

A very horrible place to live.!! It’s a new short manager her office is in the car back she is black, and she took my things out my house and threw all my things away. I never had any lease violations and I was currently moving out to my new apartment my neighbors witness her do this and my family whenever my family tried to get my things she told them “they can get my stuff out the dumpster “ she also told a family friend that the reason I couldn’t get my stuff out my apartment because” I was running my mouth.” She is a very evil lady also the other manager name Ms. Mary I lost everything in my apartment and I’m still trying to process this I lost my stuff and my daughter stuff the maintenance staff was walking around in some of my...

I wldnt dare to step foot in a place like this but I'm leaving the following review to bring more awareness to those have no choice but to live in a terrible place like that. It's absolutely despicable that the city of Houston wld even allow for ppl to live in these deplorable conditions for years!! Where's the true leadership in this city?! And yes I'm looking at Turner's admin, the city health dept and apartment associations, but most esp the landlord and the "management" team directly responsible for places like this..
