Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Houston

Ordered my food at 7:25pm made contact with the store around 8:20 to see why haven’t received my delivery. Just for them to tell me they have no driver and door dash will not accept the order; like that’s my problem then when I do speak to the manger he tells me I would have to come inside to pick it up! So I asked him will what am I getting for having to come out of my way for a ordered that should’ve have been delivered 30-40 minutes ago; he says nothing sir it’s not Pizza Hut problem but again no one made contact n notified me they had no drivers.Shity customer service then get to the store n food is cold so had to remake that’s another 25 minutes waisted and couldn’t even add a large drink are small dessert for the inconvenience! Manger name on shift was David very sloppy manners acted as if he didn’t give a dam what so ever needs to be fired if it was my business! Ordered a large pizza with cheese pepperoni and Italian sausage along with a offredo chicken pasta 16 piece of boneless mild wings I received those three items and was missing the following which came with breadsticks and I added cheese to the breadsticks didn't get that I ordered a Hershey's cookie didn't get that and I also ordered a 2 L Pepsi also didn't get that the driver pulls up with the pizza wings and pasta I told him he was missing the following item he said he forgot I called the Pizza Hut got transferred to the manager she says she wrote down what I was missing told me it would be 46 minutes for the driver to return and bring me the missing items and he never came and when I called they were closed I will post pictures of my receipt order plus I tip the driver $5 what a waste of money I could have ate McDonald's for Less the price of what I paid I will be going tomorrow to put a complaint and get a refund for what I paid I would suggest not going to this Pizza Hut so...

I walked into the store to pick up my order the male manager on duty was rude to the first customer; which made the environment of the store uneasy. I picked up my order no issues. I get home my pizza is burnt, I called the store to get my pizza remade THE MANAGER SAID HE KNEW IT JUST LOOKS LIKE THAT BUT IT SHOULD NOT TASTE BURNT. ALTHOUGH HE DID NOT PAY FOR THE PIZZA OR TASTE THE PIZZA. HE BASICALLY SAID HE WAS RIGHT, THE CUSTOMER (Me) is VERY WRONG. HE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO BRING HIM THE PIZZA BACK INTO THE RESTAURANT ALTHOUGH ITS FLU SEASON AND COVID -19 he wouldn’t remake my pizza although I was very dissatisfied.
