Employee Erika was mean and rude and WHN I asked to use the restroom after paying for my meal which to mention the employees are not very friendly don't understand English and do not try to assist the handicap disabled. She was not only rude to myself but to another customer behind me. The lady accidentally leaned on the glass and it fell over and she then begins to belittle the customer by saying look at what you made me do. Everything after that just went down hill. The store wasn't clean enough for it being such a small space. Not very wheelchair handicap assistance nor movable. None of the the staff tried to accommodate yet let alone speak engage in any form of communication with my client. This will be our first and last experience there. I don't mean arrogant and especially non friendly to handicap disabled. Not the experience I was looking for. I guess WHN Jared was exposed 🤣🤦🏽♀️ the whole franchise was too. Sorry not sorry. Read moreThis subway isn’t that bad, what makes it a bad experience is doordash. I placed an order for delivery, doordash driver picked it up and updated the order as delivered. I never got the food. I went to store to pick up my food and lady said doordash took it and there’s nothing they could do. The Hispanic lady working there is a great worker. They told me at the store that is not the first time doordash drivers steal the food and they mark it as “delivered” that plenty of customers have went to store because they never received the food. Definitely won’t be ordering to go from here. Someone needs to investigate the delivery drivers stealing the food that is ordered for delivery. Read more1* for this experience. I've been going to this particular Subway for a long time. Never had such bad customer service. There was only one lady working , I had an online order and I was 10 minutes late on picking up my order. The lady explained to me that she had to finish with everybody else in the lobby before she got to my order. I'm pretty sure that's not how it works. After questioning her about it she starts talking Spanish to some of the customers and they smirked. So of course I know she was saying something about me. Very unprofessional.
