Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Houston

Pulles up to this Jack in the Box location around 7:50pm on 11/7/2023. My daughter who is pregnant order a chicken sandwich, med curly fry, 2 tacos, 4 nuggets. Paid for her order. Before we pulled off from the window. I told her to make sure she had her order correct and to check it. She checked her bag and she had regular fries instead of curly we ordered curly. So we politely alerted the guy working the drive through and told him about the situation. He went got another worker. Her hair was short and braided down. She told us we would have to pay for the curly fries. The same curly fries we already ordered that they didn't put in the bag maybe because they didn't hear the order good enough. Ok we let that slide because people make mistakes and we just wanted to switch them out and they acted like that was a problem. Then she only had 3 nuggets in which she ordered 4 nuggets and we let the guy also know that. The guy at the window and the lady was discussing about the situation and then another worker came from the back and asked us what was the problem. We had already told the guy at the drive through the situation. We just wanteded our ordered corrected and get what we paid for so we can leave and not hold up the line. They all had attitudes for no reason which wasn't good customer service when all we wanted was our order corrected. I understand people mess up orders when going to get fast food. But to have an attitude and not wanting to fix our order is unacceptable when you paid for your order. More training and better Customer service is needed at this location. Because we definitely...

The spicy chicken strips i was trying for the 1st time were small and overcooked like like the cook didn't care or they were jus heated up in a microwave. I wasn't complete with my stay because I was gonna order an Oreo shake but before I was finished with my food they demanded that I have to leave because they were having a "meeting" in the middle of the lobby at 4:00 in the afternoon. They locked all the doors to where there were potential customers were coming and getting turned away for their "meeting" full of laughter. I never felt so unappreciated as a customer in my life. Will never dine in or drive thru that establishment ever again. They were rude to have me leave and I wasn't finished with my food yet. I usually enjoy this text in the box extremely but lately my my orders have been wrong and the service has been rude I ordered a jack double special no lettuce and you started come with tomatoes and pickles my burger was sloppy and it was wet and there was lettuce that have been scraped off of it and that was kind of weirdly and there was no tomatoes and no pickles on my hamburger and I ordered two tacos no sauce no lettuce extra cheese and I got two soggy tacos full of grease with lettuce and soft and everything on it and I was on my lunch break and did not have time to go back so I'm very disappointed don't have a lunch to eat and the only thing good with surprising I see orange that I requested that was the only thing is correct and I called back to tell them because I was on my lunch break and I couldn't come back now and the mailbox is full and no one's answering the phone and I could not leave a message And I did not get a receipt used my cc though...
