Won’t be coming back here. The older black lady always has an attitude when I come here. I recently tried to sell my AirPods and they have touch sensors on them so she would constantly skip and pause the songs by the way she was holding them. I guess she assumed they were messed up and rudely said she didn’t want them. As I was leaving the store I heard her mumbling under her breath. Luckily I was raised to be respectful because she clearly hates her job. They should have younger employees who know more about electronics because she didn’t even know what my AirPods were. Came in to this location in need of a loan and met a young man by the name of Art at the counter he made me feel like I was his best friend and definitely got me more than what I was expecting on a loan, his customer service is amazing and very professional he is well spoken. He made sure I understand the paper work I was signing on my loan and even went the extra mile to explain to me how I can actually pay it off and still save me some money in my pocket. It was a very unfortunate experience online the hours says they close at 7 and the paper on door says 6 which one is true? I called the store they answered and the lady saw me clearly talking to her throug door and couldn’t help me out and was rude she told me they close at 6 for short staff sounds like a persons problem and there was like 5 people standing and didn’t care to hear what I had to say definitely not coming to this pawn shop ever again.
