Ok so my review has nothing to do with taste or quality of product. I can't help but love the taste of Little Ceasar's pizza as it was the pizza most commonly eaten in my childhood because it was the most affordable. Those early memories have cemented Little Ceasar's Pizza in my mind as tasting wonderful no matter what.
This is about service or, more accurately, the lack thereof in dealing with a problem. Little Ceasar's uses Doordash to handle their deliveries. Well, it seems this creates a rather aggravating game of hot potato when it comes to being upset about something. On one attempt to order from Little Ceasar's my order never even arrived. On two other attempts to from them the 2 liter I had ordered didn't make it with the rest of the order. When I tried to complain about this it became very apparent that this relationship between the two companies simply allow for both to endlessly try and pass the buck of responsibility. I tried to complain to Little Ceasar's I get told that Doordash did the delivery talk to them. I try to talk to Doordash, I get told that the order was placed with Little Ceasar's talk to them. Essentially leaving me with no recourse and no one seemingly concerned about the lack of customer service or recovery.
My financial situation as an adult is unfortunately much like that of my parents when I was young. I don't have a lot of money to be able to put towards conveniences very often. I cook the large majority of my own food as it is cheapest. But from time to time I desire to give myself a break and splurge, yeah that's right I consider this a splurge, on the most affordable but still good quality pizza close to me, yet I end up regretting it.
It may seem like a silly thing to find such pleasure in a convenient meal with good memories attached that I didn't have to throw together myself, and so what if it is? In a world such as this if one can find pleasure so easily then we should be encouraged to grab on to it where possible, not be discouraged as a result of careless...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreYall, I just can't with this place! I've given this place chance after chance and lord does each time it gets worse. If it's not me waiting for a WHOLE HOUR for 2 pizzas then it's my food being burned! But today! Today was the last damn straw. I get there and there's this lady trying to fix her food and the employee is helping her that's cool, lady just doing her job I DEFINITELY understand that. Once she finishes taking care of the lady, she goes back to boxing up pizzas and taking them out the oven. Cool lady just trying to catch up or whatever. But then 10 minutes pass by and she just steadily taking food out and boxing food up. Mind yall, there were 2 men ahead of me. Maybe a good 15 more minutes past and she still doing the same thing. By this time the 2 guys had left and then like 5-8 new people came in. All this time, there's people in the back, and some not doing anything. I'm not a confrontational person and I get that someone gets behind and it gets busy so I personally don't mind waiting. Then one of the customer behind me kindly asked the lady, "Excuse me ma'am, is no one taking orders?" Abd she kindly replied, "I'm trying to get these orders out so can yall just give me a minute." Cool, I'm gonna wait, but then another 5 minutes pass and she just doing the same thing. Another customer yelled to the back if someone can come help her because the place os FULL of people at this point. At this point I've already waited HALF AND HOUR to JUST ORDER, then she finally stops and takes my order. Once I finish and get ready to pay (I was paying in cash) she then tells me they don't take a $50 bill. I'm just like you serious? And she's like, "yes, we don't take cash we can't give change for." There was NO sign saying they don't take anything over a $20 bill. I just recommend if yall come here, order online and CHECK YOUR PIZZA'S when yall pick them up. Don't come here trying to order because they'll take 30 minutes just to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe pizza was not fresh, the bread of it was tough & dried up. I waited out in my car for about 20 minutes after the time that the online order was supposed to be ready, apparently the store did not update the online status, so I called in to the store to check on my order and was told that someone had picked it up already. So i asked how is that possible if i have to use a pin to pick it up from the portal box thing. They then said, hold on, they came back to the phone and said it's ready. I go inside, i see a lady putting my order in the portal in front of me. I go get back in my car with my pizza to check to see if they ever updated the portal, they finally did updated it. I got home not even 5 minutes away to find that apparently they had left my pizza sitting out somewhere because it was not fresh at all, in fact, it was tough. I took it back and requested a refund. One of the ladies said that they can only offer me a replacement, at this point, I then told her that they cannot serve me anything else. I demanded my money back, then I was told that I'd have to go online where I placed the order to request my refund; however they did take the pizza to the back that I'd returned. I asked am I supposed to get that pizza back and return it to the online people also; there was no answer for that question and they decided to refund my money after that. I had been ordering pizzas through the years from that little Ceasars, I never had that problem before. I've been living in that community 30 years, it is sad to see what poor service and poor quality of food is coming from a place that my family and I had...
