KFC — Restaurant in Houston

On this day 10/04/2024 I visited the KFC Restaurant on 8787 Tidwell Rd, Houston, TX 77028 The drive thru clerk Anisa or Aniza was a grand stewardess. She is of high frequency and vibration. She made an imprint within my visit there today. It was something to experience. Pleasant would not validate the exchange of authentic energy Anisa was found to be in. She lead with ownership and a hospitality we any consumer returning wants and needs. She would be the first familiar face I would want to greet me. She deserves a promotion or some form of recognition for the demonstration of leadership qualities and what it truly means to be GRAND!!! I don't usually tale out time to survey services I paid for, but Anisa gave me every to do so. I am pretty sure she went above her duties. She gave forefront energy that consumers in this day and age is certain to need. She was grand. She was original. She is of reason. KFC you guys enjoy with gratitude het employment there because Anisa isn't just an initiative, Anisa is an initiator....

The entire experience was horrible that occurred on 6/16/2023. I voiced my complaint via the drive-thru then I drove up to the window as directed. For some reason, the women at the window already had a motive or hidden agenda regarding the 2.99 special. I had ordered the night prior and couldn't even digest the food because it was so bad. Spoiled meaning. The cashier then ripped my receipt after I asked for it back indicating that it was hers. And gave me a torn bag. I came back to be compensated for the poor food I was given the night prior not to collect 2.99 chicken like a leprechaun. My salary speaks for itself. The customer service was deplorable and trifling. I've already filed a complaint. However, I want to forewarn those to proceed with caution and try not to be a bother because they will treat...

If you have the time you close at 10:30 pm on tour website you should close at 10:30 pm. I checked the time before I left my home at 9 something arrived there at 10:08 and they were closed..it's shameful...we spend as much money as other neighborhoods so why are we always treated different??? I did read the reviews and they were not great but I have been to this establishment before and the supervisor/manager was super nice he looked Spanish and black....I wish I remembered his name but he made my experience good at this location but after...
