Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

I don't ever crave Little Caesars. Drive-thru was packed so I decided to go to the lobby. Took me awhile to get to it because the parking lot is blocked off to where you have to wait partially IN THE Drive-Thru line to get to the lobby parking. I arrived just after 7:30p.m. It's a Sunday night, it's super jam-packed, and the lobby was closed. I waited in line for a few minutes when and I decided I didn't want Little Caesars after all. I couldn't get out of the drive-thru line because the drive-thru line is designed for one car at a time blocked off by concrete barriers. I waited a total of 20 minutes just for them to tell me we only have Hot-and-Ready's, everything else will be a 15 minute wait. I'm sure they are aware of your wait time, and so you feel the need to settle for the pizza since you've forcefully invested your time in that line. This is cheap business tactics. I decided to give it a couple tries to see if it was just a one off case, so now I can say every time has been a time consuming headache. Food is cold, grease has Seeped through the box, you can tell the pizzas have been sitting a while. One time I got there @9:30 and they proceeded to tell me they were closed when hours reflect they close @11?? I tried to place my order for pick up using the pizza portal device they have in the store, yet they never put ur order in there. Instead you have to wait inline 15-20 mins to ask for your order. I think that defeats the whole purpose of online ordering. It takes about 45-an hour for pizza to be ready which is understandable with their high order volume.

This location needs new management that is able to handle all that traffic going...

Went today to get Pepperoni Hot and Ready. Long line. My turn it would be in 5 min. Went in because going drive thru again it would be cold. Had to wait still to get pizza. Also my name was added to the order No special order. Left with pizza. Returned to work. Pizza had no tomato sauce and the bread was not fully cooked. Called spoke to manager said they were short handed he got confused and we were given the wrong pizza someone's who ordered no sauce.. Check your order before you leave when they are busy. Today's visit one star....
