Vanity Kloset Boutique — Local services in Houston

I went to this boutique across town from where I stay to get a few outfits for gradations and other upcoming events. I arrived at 11:04 AM and the store was dark. I called the phone number on the IG store profile and there was no answer. There was no sign on the door besides the store hours showing they open at 11 on Saturdays. Another group of 3 customers got out (I was in my car waiting) and attempted to open the door. It was locked. I then tried to contact them via social media to see if they were opening or if anyone was there. No response. After, instead of apologizing or contacting me, they erased the comments without a response. I left at 11:20(myself and the other group walked back to their car I believe they left also) and the store STILL was not open. I drove 30 minutes across town to get to the store. I placed an order on 3/15/20. As of today, I only received a portion of my order. After paying in full, they tell me the order has been sent, but may have gotten lost and that now, what I originally ordered is no longer in stock. Someone replied stating that a “replacement” package can be sent, but my item will have to be in a different color. After I agreed to accept the “replacement” I still have not had a response to an email stating when it will be sent. If the order was a replacement, both items should have came together. My thoughts is that my other item is no longer in stock, so they only sent the other item I ordered. I don't do a lot of online shopping because the clothes never seem to fit right or the material is often thin, however, my experience with Vanity Kloset has been totally different.
