My daughter sent me flowers for my birthday on 12/1/23. The pic the courier left and pics of the bouquet this morning 12/2/23.

I find it ironic that you changed your original response: "Flowers & Chocolate Response from the owner HELLO, WE DONT UNDERSTAND YOUR REVIEW? WAS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE FLOWERS? PLEASE CALL US SO WE CAN DISCUSS WHAT HAPPENED? WE WILL GLADLY FIX ANY ISSUES" and pulled heart strings with your "veteran" owned business. First of all, had you made the bouquet correctly, we wouldn't be having this conversation. You must be blind to not see the issue in the pictures and to charge $90 for this? Secondly, I have been tending to my daughter who is in her third trimester and was in the hospital. I apologize, a phone call to you was certainly not on my mind especially after your initial response. After my complaint you should have either refunded my daughter her money or replaced the bouquet. Walked in for two bouquets for my girlfriend’s birthday and her mom. I met the owner, as soon as I walked into the shop she immediately helped me and asked what I needed done. She handpicked the flowers and made the bouquets for me on the spot. Got them to my girlfriend that day and my girlfriend said “these are the best flowers I’ve ever gotten”. She also gave me tips on the flowers and we had a nice conversation. I told the owner I would write a review and I don’t write reviews unless the owner/company did a super good job.
