Norman's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Howell Township

This is by far the best Hallmark store. I have been to several Norman's Hallmark location, in different states, and they are all great, but the service at Norman's Hallmark in Howell is extraordinary. Robin adds to that special touch that makes visiting this location worth the trip. She went out of her way, above and beyond in my opinion, to provide great service. She was out of stock of an item I wanted to purchase. She could have just said, sorry we don't have it available, but no she offered to call other locations to see if she could find it for me. When she did find it, she called me and said she had it sent to her store and it would be there when I was able to pick it up. That was extremely thoughtful and helpful and much appreciated. I purchased several items at Norman's Hallmark yesterday. I was disappointed for two reasons. First, more than one of the Hallmark Cards I looked at in Dollar Tree were in Norman's for significantly higher prices. I was under the impression each store sold different cards. Secondly, I purchased a Christmas ornament for a baby shower. I was almost certain the display sign said $19.99. While wrapping the gift, I noticed the receipt said $24.99. I removed the Norman's Hallmark price sticker only to find a Hallmark price of $19.99 underneath on the box. When I called the store, they would not honor that price. Be careful of...

Office manager on duty told me it was her first time there and clearly had no idea of what she was doing. Refused to give me a refund even with my receipt because I didn't have the card I paid with. I explained that my cards had been stolen and I had no choice but to get new ones, but didn't matter to her.
