Absolutely wonderful service! They are efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and make it known that they are happy you chose them! My fiance proposed to me with a beautiful, one-of-a-kind ring that I love, only problem - it needed to be brought down 3 sizes. We were told by multiple jewelers that the ring could not be sized (one place actually kept my ring for 2 weeks and didn't call to tell me it "couldn't" be done! The ring was just sitting in a plastic bag, waiting for me to come get it). We were so lucky to stumble upon Silverstone Jewelers when we were across the road checking out a venue. Kallie greeted us, listened to our stories of other jewelers, and took a thorough look at my ring and deciphered that it could be sized by their experienced and talented jeweler, and she was right! My ring fits perfectly and looks fantastic! Kallie was very helpful. She also gave us a completed appraisal for the ring (I say completed because a well-known jewelry store, same place that kept my ring for 2 weeks, charged me for an incomplete appraisal! I got my money back though!).

Last but not least - we're having a hard time finding a band to look just right with the engagement ring, so Kallie offered to bring in rings to the store for me to try. If those don't work, I will trust the jeweler to create a band to fit perfectly with my engagement ring. What a delightful, rewarding experience I have had with many visits and purchases from Silverstone Jewelers over the last few years and more recently. This is my go-to for gifts for family and friends, for milestones and special occasions. I started with a necklace for my daughter's birthday, with her birthstone, then I had custom rings made for my husband, daughter and son using stones from my original wedding ring. Kallie and Pam did a fabulous job creating these special treasures, were so helpful with suggestions and options, they turned out perfect and were very reasonable. I shop here regularly for presents, there is a range from inexpensive on up to fancier, if they don't have what you need, they will help you get it. They are so knowledgeable, helpful, professional and they make the experience fun. I had a wonderful surprise Christmas morning when I opened a small jewelry box from Silverstone myself with the most beautiful emerald ring that my husband had made for me, was a surprise- it is so beautiful, I wear it daily and it brings me such happiness. The Silverstone store itself is gorgeous and tranquil, a very lovely space. The staff are friendly, efficient, very patient and honest and they make you feel like family. I took my ring in to have the claw setting replaced, because it was worn down. I have been married for 22 years. I have had this done a few times. My issue is that I have parrots and they LOVE jewelry! I can't wear any jewelry at home. They can get a diamond out in a heartbeat! I asked the wonderful woman helping me what I could do to keep my diamond safer. She suggested a bezel setting. She showed me some photos and I thought it was a great idea. Plus I needed the size a little smaller. I got it back yesterday. I am over the moon excited at how beautiful it is and how safe the diamond is! The way the smaller diamonds are set, is safe for them. I can wear my ring at home now. Plus...the jeweler cleaned and shined up my ring and it looks brand new.. Even the cut outs are shiny!
