I'm a huge fan of this store! It's so cute & quaint😊 Mallory helped me when I was there & she was just a delight! She smiled the whole time & was super helpful with each of my questions & seemed happy to do so! Even though I asked many questions 😂 She is such a sweet girl, & such a hard worker. Smoker's Depot of Howell is lucky to have her! Some smoke shops force you to take a receipt when you don't want one & I liked that Mallory ASKED me if I wanted one instead of giving me yet another piece of trash to crumble up & throw in my car 😂 she even counted my change out in front of me & they have a computer that shows you the transaction in front of your face as well as the workers so that was also cool! I was sold a defective Lookah Snail device. It came in a box marked "Display" and didn't have instructions. I brought it back within the guidelines of the return policy, but the guy working at the time refused to accept the return. He told me to come back to speak to the manager between 9-5, which is during MY work schedule. He wouldn't call her or the owners for a return approval and gave me a really hard time. I'm so disappointed because my family and friends have been long time customers. We know we can get stuff cheaper somewhere else but we choose to support this small business. Went there looking for a coil for my atomizer. After the manager or owner (not sure) searched her entire inventory and searched the web trying to find out what exactly my atomizer was, she discovered it was not what I was told. In fact it was an all but unknown brand that appeared to have been passed off for a higher name brand and coils were hard to come by. She felt so bad that I had been taken advantage of by the other vape shop that she gave me a VERY nice atomizer, of which I will have no problems finding replacement coils for.
