I took my 17 year old daughter to get her first tattoo. She was so excited. She showed the tattoo artist what she wanted [the Arabic word for family]. The tattoo artist went to her computer, found the design, printed it out and got it ready. I waited in the waiting room until she was done. After we left, my daughter pulls the dressing up to show me and IT WAS THE WRONG DESIGN! My daughter now has the Arabic word for HOUSE on her arm! And the lettering was crooked. It was a complete mess. I called them up and I spoke to the manager. He said there is nothing he could do about changing it to "Family" but he told me to bring her in and he would fix the crooked lettering. He said the artist that did my daughter's tattoo is an apprentice. First of all, this was her first tattoo experience. We went in, upon entering the women at the counter had an attitude because my friend had anxiety and didn't speak very loud. they then asked for her grandmother's proof of legal guardianship, so we had forgotten the papers at home and we replied "oh we will just go home and return with the papers" as we where leaving the store a man came out asking the women what we came for and the women replied a septum piercing. I have a very large keloid on the inside of my nose I had to change the stud because the keloid became very big I did not have an option between a stud and a hoop. Although the service was very good and the piercer was very polite my piercing was not what I expected I had my nose pierced several months prior to on the other side and had no issues this was done at a different place now my nose is sore and it is very difficult and taking more time for it to heal.
