My husband and I have been purchasing landscaping items from Countrybrook Farms for over 16 years. We have spent thousands of dollars on trees, shrubs, mulch, etc. and have always been pleased with their services. Recently, I needed 4 new boxwood shrubs, so of course I went back to Countrybrook. When I was ready to check out and pay, I realized I forgot a recent coupon I received which offered "Buy three container shrubs and get one free". I told the woman that I forgot it and asked if she could honor it. I explained that I have been a long time customer and would really appreciate it. She said "NO". They were ready to close, so I asked if I could bring the coupon in the following week so they could credit me the '4th shrub free". Again, she "NO". "We do not honor coupons after the purchase". What a shame that they felt it was better to save the $50 (the amount of the coupon) then provide great...
Read moreNothing but positive experience so far with this group of people. I ordered a Yoder Wichita loaded from them a few months back. Communication from them has been nothing but perfect from the beginning. They have not over promised anything and they have delivered on everything that they have explained. The smoker is made to order and they explain to me it was roughly 6 months out. I was more than happy to put the deposit down and make the purchase. They have not disappointed and have updated me with anything I have asked for when I asked for it. The smoker should be coming in early which is impressive due to this pandemic. Cannot wait to finally go pick this up and meet them in person as everything has been done through email or phone calls to this point. Highly recommend doing business with them if you have the opportunity.
Thank you to everybody who has been involved with this purchase. You...
Read moreThe list of places I will not go again include this establishment. It's a nice enough place, I guess, but prices are a bit high for some sickly looking plants. I will admit I'm not too familiar with typical pricing of trees and such, but $150 seems a bit much. More than anything I don't appreciate being charged an additional 2.5% for using a credit card. If you, as a business, cannot "afford" to process card payments without putting out additional cost on the consumer, then you perhaps shouldn't be in business. I could even understand being "cash only," from a business standpoint that makes perfect sense, but charging more to use a card? That is just rude. So thank you the plant and succulents, but you will not be getting any more of...
