The Vibe (Herbalife storefront) — Restaurant in Hudson

I personally have visited tea shops all over the country with this place being on my top 5. I drive 25 minutes each way to order teas or shakes. Exceptionally clean, welcoming staff and atmosphere which is why I drive that far. Unfortunately, the 5 star review is dwindling. Lately, they are extremely understaffed, staff is too busy to interact with customers, which, in turn, has clouded my interest in coming here as often. Honestly, I’m very disappointed and at times the wait is so extremely long that people end up getting out of line and walking out.. I have as well. Staff says nothing, no apologies, I’m not sure they notice. In the past they were adequately staffed and personable to all customers: greeting everyone who walked in. Step it up and staff accordingly The Vibe… if not, I will not be making the drive anymore. Disappointed because this should be a 5...

I went here for the first time today and honestly I'm glad I did. I've wanted to try their drinks for a while but never stopped by, but today and the recent weather being so hot out I thought a refreshing drink would be nice. The atmosphere is super clean in The Vibe, really cute decor and simple. I was greeted by one of the owners and he was extremely nice and I was a little caught off guard because sometimes in cafes you don't get that above and beyond customer service. I explained it was my first time there and he gave suggestions for drinks as I was a little unsure and explained all the nutritional value and options ect. I really appreciate they Prioritize healthy options/ lifestyles. Everything was neat and orginized and I was super happy with my drinks it's wicked yummy. I'm normally a Starbucks girl but I'll deff be going back to the vibe!...

Delicious drinks and fabulous customer service. Drinks are a little more expensive but you are getting quality ingredients with added supplements such as collagen, protein, BCAA's, electrolytes etc- the choice is yours! I love stopping in and grabbing a post gym drink on my way home. Super refreshing and there are soo many flavor combinations. The staff are always so friendly and upbeat and makes the whole experience that much...
