So you walk into this vape shop, and the first thing you notice is how welcoming it is. Either one or both of the owners greets you upon entry, and with a smile. They ask how they can help you. Now you might be new to vaping or well experienced, and they'll treat you the same. Questions you ask are answered in a warm and informative manner. A lot of places I've been to have left me either feeling ignored if there where more then a couple people, or ignorant if I had questions. Every time I come here I'm welcomed like a friend. And when I first started, I knew nothing about mods, tanks, juices and coils. Within a couple visits, they fully explained the product, and helped me with a setup that was incredible, as well as cost friendly.

When you walk in, there is a full array of juices, both name brand as well as house brand. A booth in front of the display let's you see the many varieties, as well as puts you in a comfortable position to talk to the owners. Ranging from 30 ML to 120 ML, you can buy the amount you want. 0-6MG in Nicotine levels in a lot of the flavors, so it's matches your preference. Having been coming here for over 6 months, I've noticed that I can find something new with every visit. Certain juices are always here, and they're worth revisiting. Others are recycled, and something new and exciting takes it place. The same can be said about the hardware that is used. Never a boring or dull experience.

This shop has to be one of the best, if not the best vape shop in all of New England. They provide everything from a massive inventory selection, expert product/industry knowledge & top notch customer service. They ACTUALLY care about their customers!

Victor & Alex really take the time to get familiar with their customers, they honestly care about the individual at the end of the day. Example:

I’d come into the shop at least 2-3 times a week, buying all sorts of disposable vapes, spending a pretty penny each month. One day Alex, who is the main salesperson, suggested I give a new product they got in called Vaporesso. This device was a small compact device that hit better than any vape & extremely easy to use. When I decided to switch to Vaporesso from disposables, I’m now spending less than half I’d normally spend in a month over there. Oh I forgot to mention, I only go about once a month to get new fillable pods & more juice to fill the pods with, it’s crazy how long the bottles last, sometimes the bottle lasts me almost 5 weeks & let’s just say I’m not shy about hitting my vape all day haha

Tell me how many other places are going to tell you “hey you want to spend less money in a month for a better product & better for you?”. The answer is nobody, Alex knew my motivating factors & his solution oriented mindset resulted in high customer satisfaction & Alex made a positive relationship stronger. Cost didn’t matter to them, their desire to do the right thing mattered more than money.
