Have been to the facility twice and it has been mostly enjoyable. A couple of things that could be improved. Firstly the advertised rental gun selection is a little misleading. They have a list on their website of all the guns that they say they have available to rent but a large majority of the guns just weren't there or the ammo isn't available to buy for them. .308 was unavailable both times I went with a while in between visits. Most of the selection is just standard AR-15s with different types of optics, a little underwhelming. They claim that they have the largest selection of firearm rentals which is a straight up lie, probably half the selection listed. No full auto either. That being said the handgun rental selection was pretty good if that is what you are looking for but again ammo availability for their .50 cal AE was non existent both times again. The attendant said they would also be really happy if it was in stock, so Im guessing it never is. For being a shop right across the border from Massachusetts you would think they would have a greater selection for visitors that are trying to try out some interesting guns that they couldn't own themselves in Mass. At least if it is going to be advertised on their site. The staff could've been a little more educated on the guns that they sell/rent. Not expecting them to know every gun in and out but at least should know the names of the few rental guns that weren't a AR-15. When checking in for the lane they took 3 free range fee passes that I had but in the end I was still charged the $120 for the range fees. They did solve this by issuing a refund but if I had not asked for a receipt and noticed the extra charges I would've been out that $120 bucks. An increase of which you could probably just expect would be the cost of ammo, which to their credit is reasonably priced. 80 for a 200rd box of 9mm and 130 for 200rd of 556. Overall a decent shooting experience, nothing awful. Could be improved by increasing rental/ammo selection to match what they have listed on their website. Understandable that things break and there are shortages but that definitely doesn't explain all of the missing stuff listed on site. Could be solved by letting customers bring their own ammunition for the rental guns with limitation on only brass casing and no reloads like...
Read moreAugust, 2025, just got back home from here at 12:27 pm I arrived near opening hours to try and get ahead of people but i guess its just not possible cause these guys are popular because they don't charge an hourly rate to use lanes unlike other places. BUT you get what you pay for honestly I had really high expectations for this place cause everyone raves online on reddit and here that its better than Manchester firing line well I started shooting at Manchester firing line and in general roughly a year and a half ago never had any issues striking the tops of the posts to hold the targets or any issues there. I didn't have an issue with that here either I did have an issue with some things though one being when I did the paper work I marked myself a s a beginner shooter, BEGINNER I don't have any illusions on being better than I am so then they put me on lane six well lane six has a huge WATER PIPE IN THE LANE and you can hit it, obviously poor design choice as a business there fault I am then told by an employee named David that its not a big deal people with 308s have hit it nothing ever happens but try not to and well position your target so you don't hit it as much inevitably I do hit it multiple times over the course of 300 rounds I don't know how many times I'm then informed that there's a 15 dollar fee for hitting it and that they will waive it this time, so how kind of them haha, they made a problem by by being cheap and now they charge people for it and then they act benign for waiving the fee this one time and then they relocate me to lane 13 and the current RSO glasses maybe 5'6 to 5'7 says to me now don't hit the top lane plates you know something I haven't hit once in the other lane and am only hitting the WATER PIPE CASUE ITS A HUGE LINE IN THE LEFT SIDE OF LANE I proceeded to pack my things after this remark for clarification in lane 13. so honestly while no one was overtly rude they ignored my experience specification I was lied to by an employee about the seriousness of hitting the pipe even if it wasn't intentional and then felt to be lesser or stupid cause of poor range design, honestly ruined my whole experience and I doubt I will ever be back and its just unfortunate was looking forward to finally trying another place and have it be good, oh well back to the old...
Read moreHad a membership for a year. Liked it mostly, until they completly dropped the ball and instead of being apologetic and searching for a way to fix the mistake they basically told me to pound sand and to consult Google to fix their mistake.
Little back story: had a little work done on a rifle , first time around they did the work despite knowing the part wouldn't last. The second time they worked on it they did the exact same work, never called to say when it was done, I had to drive there and ask what was up and the person working didn't really have notes on the work. All together they had my rifle for 40 days and never ordered or installed the part they said they would or called me to say it was done. I attempted to get information on what happened to determine if the new part was ordered or not and why it was not installed. The response was pretty pathetic: "We attempted to maintain our commitment to our customers, like yourself, whom we had already taken in work orders for, and unfortunately we missed the mark on internal communication regarding what steps we needed to take with your rifle" "Very unfortunately, this associate did not communicate with us or our gunsmith as to what needed to be done with the rifle" " I understand he fully dropped the ball on you" "you're lacking a little bit of technical knowledge on this particular subject, feel free to learn up on youtube or google or consult an accredited gunsmith" "The gas block you have will never hold steady" The customer support was pathetic and unprofessional especially considering I pay for a monthly membership that I was unable to utilize due to the range having my rifle. Also concerning that a gun range would let a rifle leave thier shop knowing that the gas tube could be dislodged and potentially lead to injury if the hot gasses are directed in the wrong direction. Sadly, I do not recommend this shop for anyone. Not until they fix thier internal communication and customer service at...
