Burger King — Restaurant in Hudson

the last 3 times we've tried to get food here they've been closed, during normal lunch time business hours where they advertised to be open. there weren't signs anywhere saying they were closed, and their displays and order screen in the drive through were lit up, so we ended up sitting there for a while before eventually pulling around and finding that the doors were locked and they were closed. we tried calling to see if they were permanently closed or what was going on, but the number rang without going to voicemail.

today we tried again, and we tried going inside first and the doors were once again locked. but, since we saw someone in the drive through, we gave it a try, and for some reason they were taking orders there even though the building was locked? really odd. and they told us they only accept exact change or card right now which is strange.

probably the biggest frustration for us was that, even though there are multiple advertisements about the spicy nuggets on their menu and even an extra flyer attached to it, they said theyve been discontinued. i wish they'd have put a notice of that somewhere and not advertised something they no longer sell, since thats the whole reason we went. we got plain nuggets instead since we were already there, and they are completely room temp and seem like theyve been sitting around for ages. im heating them up when we get home, which completely defeats the point of going out to get food. i could see food being less than ideal if it were off hours or something, but we went around 12:30 which should be peak hours. all around cant recommend them, since even if they happen to be open, your food is...

I never give one star ratings, but after today, I had to. Their food has never terrific and I would eat there once every two months or so, it just happens to be close to another place I frequent. However, today I went in to get the standard fare (#1, no cheese, large meal. Easy, right?) The woman behind the counter suddenly had something better to do when I got to the register. And then some other person came up and took my order, the woman came back and read the receipt completely wrong trying to hand it to me, and then when I finally got my meal the fries and burger were cold! The soda machine seem to be out of ice and the manager's answer to that was just hold the lever longer! There were other people besides me complaining about it, but the employees didn't seem to think it was a problem. I think this is the only time I've ever asked for my money back in a fast food restaurant. Of course to get my money back I had to explain to everyone in the entire store, individually, why I want my money back. I told the woman behind the counter, she brought over someone else, I explained it to him, he got another person, I explained to him, then the manager came over and I explained it to him. By the end I just said give me my freaking money back. I'll never go back. I went to Chick-fil-A instead. Got the order right, table side service, and...

Listen. This is the only Burger King besides the one on Amherst Street that’s closest to me since they closed the one on DW Highway. So of course I’m going to visit this one. I keep giving it chance after chance and each time I show up, it’s more disappointing than the last.

I’ve had to throw away a lot of moneys worth of food because of how disgusting it is, I’ve had to talk to support to get a refund because half the items I ordered were prepared wrong, and today takes the cake.

I go there to try the new sandwiches that were released maybe a couple days ago at the most. I went through the drive thru, waited and waited and waited.. finally someone comes to the window and tells me that “we don’t carry those anymore sorry” and told me to cancel the mobile order thru my phone. Like what? THEY JUST CAME OUT!! But I’m more aggravated that I had to wait 15-20 minutes in the drive thru behind others for them to tell me that instead of telling me that at the speaker!

Absolutely ridiculous. I am DONE going to this Burger King. I know my opinion probably doesn’t matter but I’m tired of not...
