2. Walmart delivery from Hudson store strikes again. Says all of my items are delivered but suspiciously the most expensive item is missing from my order. At this point, Walmart messes up so much that to just get my item refunded(God forbid they actually bring you the missing item that you paid to have delivered in the first place), I have to go through chat twice and multiple phone calls with multiple people to get it refunded. Walmart 1)Worst deliveries ever. (currently two star rating if Bobbi from Walmart calls back with a solution, not looking good currently, if she doesn't I will be changing it to one star, wish it could be zero).They constantly are missing items or delivering damaged goods. My order this morning contained probiotics, allergy meds, laundry detergent, dish detergent, cough drops and other things. The dish detergent was not taped shut and placed in a bag with probiotic capsules, cough drops, mouth wash, allergy pills and other stuff. At least a 1/3 of the detergent had exploded all over the probiotics, allergy meds and other things. I was able to wipe off some of the items but the detergent spill was so bad it was squished inside the boxes of pills rendering them unusable. Upon, spending an hour on the phone with Walmart, I was told someone would be out to collect the return items and then I would be returned the money to my card. I was guaranteed this Javon, who was the supervisor on the phone, after speaking with Rajic and then passed on to Johanna. I didn't get off the phone until I was told multiple times someone would be coming out from the Hudson Store to collect the items and that I could call the Hudson store to find out when to expect this. I called and was told by Bobbi this is not true. She then called Walmart to find out what to do and then called me back to tell me I needed to come in. Now, I explained to her the first time along with all the other reps on the phone at Walmart Customer Service that I am disabled and on oxygen and I pay for Walmart plus to items delivered because not only is it too hard for me to get around because of breathing but I have to pay for Ubers or taxis to get me places. I am not paying to go to Walmart to return items that Walmart destroyed themselves because of carelessness. I pay for a service to deliver what I shopped for and I should be getting what I paid for. I should not be put out further and spend more money out of pocket for things I already paid for. I explained this for a second time to Bobbi, "coach" from Hudson Walmart and she said she would see what she could do again. I am still awaiting a call. I have now spent close to two hours trying to rectify this issue. It has been over an hour now since she said she would get back to me. I worked all my life and am now on a fixed income and do not have the extra money to pay for the items again, nor do I have the extra funds to travel there and back for problem created by Walmart. I'm not one to write a review but this time I'm definitely going to! I'm going with a 0 as a rating for their wireless service providers there. We went to have our phone's swapped to a family plan and she messed up everything. She gave my husband her number and made sure his phone was working but handed us the cards and said to do it at home. She gives my husband her phone number. Then tells my husband if he needs help with his phone he can text her because she won't be in Hudson but she'll go from an hr away to Hudson and help him with it. I call her today because my daughter had to go all night and half the day with no phone and no answer over and over again. Then I call the store she was at and she didn't offer to come for me. Hmmm find it funny how she was willing to drive over an hr for my husband but not for me. Then had to jump through hoops again and my daughter had to miss her call from her college to get classes going. I told her I'm at a Verizon store now and they can take care of it. She insisted I leave and just go to Walmart have my daughter buy another phone and in 5 days she can get her free one. Tried telling me that Verizon can't help me. BULLSHIT! The guy at Verizon more than helped us. He was awesome and made sure every phone worked and he stayed late fixing everything she messed up and then some! I find it funny that while we were at Walmart another guy showed up and yep he showed up at Verizon as well. Right after we were there for over 5 hrs for him to fix her mess. MY ADVICE... GO TO VERIZON IT'S SELF AND NOT THROUGH WALMART 3RD PARTY. SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION! OH BEST PART... THANKS TO HER... My daughter and I had to drop our phone numbers because of her.
