Apparently Hudson Starbucks is now in the business of selling Ice as I see somebody else posted a very similar review as to what I experienced this 3 days ago. I ordered a refresher lemonade I asked for light ice and I got a $10 cup of ice at the drive-thru. I went in to ask for a new drink and they basically told me tough sh*t that's how we make them. I reminded them that I asked for light ice and they told me this is light ice. You be the judge is this light ice? And I thought a grande was $7... Why did they charge me $10? Cuz I see the other person mentioned that they spent $7 I think for a grande. I ordered the same but was charged $10 and didn't ask for anything extra all I asked was for less ice and no joke, I took two and a half sips I'm not all I got for my $10. I will not be going back to this place again. I'll drive over the bridge to the Starbucks by the Nashua Mall where they actually give you quality products unlike this Starbucks which based on what I've read on the Hudson Town groups, Hudson would be a lot better off if they just turn this into something else. Heck make it a second dunkin' donuts because even though I really don't drink coffee much anymore I'd much rather have a small iced coffee that actually has coffee in it as opposed to paying $10 for a couple of ice NOTE: THIS WAS ON ONE OF THE SUPER HOT DAYS SO THE ICE MELTED REALLY QUICKLY SO IT MAY LOOK LIKE LESS ICE THAN I'M MAKING IT OUT TO BE BUT IT WAS AS BAD AS THE OTHER...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wish I could say better about this Starbucks location, because the food and drinks are usually both well made and great. The service from here is usually great as well, and typically I would never go out of my way to leave a bad review. However, as a employee of Starbucks visiting another store on my day off, I was shocked by the rudeness of the brunette man on drive thru. I ordered early in the afternoon today during a rush. While taking my order, he repeatedly asked āAnything else?ā while my passenger was describing their order. He was extremely snappy to every single one of my questions about sandwiches and their availability, since I know some Starbucks are experiencing shortages. I understand itās stressful when itās very busy, but thereās no reason to take it out on anyone at your job, customer or partner. When getting to the window, this man was clearly annoyed or frustrated and even rolled his eyes when I told him to have a nice day too. Hopefully the service here improves, but Iām not sure if Iāll come back to see if...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy last two visits to this location werenāt great. It can be frustrating to order and pay for a drink twice and have the ingredients for it not be available. I wonder if itās an issue with not marking things out, but I would expect this to be caught before I pay.
My main reason for writing this is that I was charged more money than I shouldāve been on my latest order. Iām unsure of the baristaās reasons for this, whether it be (hopefully not) on purpose or due to lack of attention. I can only say that it was very frustrating to find this out.
In the future, I do plan on avoiding this store and ordering from a different one. Iāve only really ordered from this store in the afternoon, so it might just be an issue with the people working then.
I do hope that other customers have better experiences. I find it unfortunate that Iāve been having unpleasant experiences lately since I know that there certainly are some exceptional baristas...
