All around great experience. My grandpa passed away in June and we wanted to use one of his flannels to make a pillow for my grandma. My cousin was shipping me one as I called all over looking for someone who could embroidered his initials for us. I had been told by so many places that they had a minimum order amount and that it may not be done in time for Christmas. I called Onsite Apparel and spoke with Alyx - by this time it was already December 11th! Not only did she say that they could help me but when I walked in a full week later she remembered exactly what I wanted done and why, she helped me pick a font, thread color and placement all with a wonderful attitude.
