Heritage Christian School is selling food and their fries were the best last year and are again the best this year. Check it out this week only (August 19-24, 2024).

They are medium cut, fluffy inside, with an awesome texture and flavor for the outside.

The Messie Bessie burger is fairly good as well. It comes with a Big Mac like sauce and the bacon was delicious. The lettuce was a little wilted, but still good.

I was unaware that we could bring a king size comforter off our bed to save spots in the grand stands. My wife and I must have missed that memo when we brought our three kids to see the demo derby tonight and there was no place to sit. Thankfully one person was nice enough give up his seat for my wife and one of our kids. Very poor of the fair to not manage the spot saving at a general admission event. Here was our amazing view of the of derby......and yes it was taken sitting in the provided space to sit. Waste of my hard...
