This place is one of my favorite places to take people. I originally started going there when they first opened. It was my favorite place as I was new to wine tasting. It's been my favorite and I love taking new or sweet wine drinker here. Seriously this is a place to take the lovers of sweet wine. I have never taken some one there and been let down. Their fruit wines taste like what the menu says it is! It's amazing. I also like that they have some wines for the more mature pallet. I'm partial to whites and I enjoy their classic white. The winery is also a brewery... So there is something for everyone. I'm not a beer drinker but more people were drinking beers than wine. They also make some of their wines into slushies. I think they mix it up and Changing flavors. They had. 4 different kinds.i had not been there in awhile but they started serving seltzer and had lots of flavors... Over 10 different to choose from and had them in different flavor level like tropical and creamy, and fruity. Tasting... It wine flights were kinda pricey and seem to keep going up. We had 5 tastind and each one was $2-2.50 per taste. I remember it being free... And then going to like $5 for 5 tastings. I thought $12 for 5 samples was a bit over the top. These were not huge samples either and was the most I ever paid for sampling. We got food and it was good. I was glad it was happy hour or else I would not have gotten food. All though the price caught me off guard I'm glad that we went. We had a good time hanging out. It was nice to visit and see all the owners are still passionately involved in the winery/brewery and still looked to enjoy what they do. It's truly...

8-11-18 6:45pm. Initial overview upon driving into the parking lot was Very little out front parking. Although we found a spot out of the 10 or so available. A clear sign upon entry stated “seat yourself and order food at bar”. So my wife and I proceeded to a nearby high top table to look at a menu. I went to the bar which had maybe 3 people at it and the bartender asked” what can I get you”. Ordered their Nachos along with a beer and wine. Beer was good, limited wine menu for the ladies. Took the drinks and sat outside to wait for our snack. The outside was pretty sad. Th3 tables are sitting on Woodchips so they’d very unstable, all the tables were dirty with previous peoples food etc. apparently there are no table cleaners. We picked the least dirty and wiped it ourselves. Again they were not busy so I have no idea why the tables were all dirty. We had to keep a hand on our drinks while on the table because of the unsteadiness and unevenness of the random Woodchips. If they are going for the rustic unkept look and feel they succeeded! Oh finally 25 min later the Nachos came. Judge for yourself by the picture, yeah pretty sad. If you need something or want to order more drinks you’ll have to do it yourself, no wait staff. Way too much effort required for this place. Ref the Nachos it fit the place with minimal cheese, meat and toppings but lots of sour cream. First time there and will not return. First impressions are everything! There would be no reason to...

The wine selection is good, the beer selection is better. The food however is overpriced, sub-par caliber. The service wasn't terrible, but there are a couple people who serve you that seem to not enjoy what they're doing. Personally have been here numerous times over the last 10 years between evenings out with the girls or a date night with my husband. Over the last 10 years the service and the food has gone downhill. It is, after all a winery and brewery so if that's the experience you're after, you'll enjoy yourself for the most part (if service happens to be great that night). Yesterday will be the last time we'll go there, unless out of convenience. I ordered a Cesar Salad and added chicken ($3 upcharge). It was roughly $15 total for iceberg lettuce, shredded rotisserie chicken (looked like Aldi rotisserie chicken in their container {which I buy myself sometimes}), shredded parm and some crotons. The dressing wasn't normal Cesar dressing which caught me off guard. My husband ordered a smash burger with fries and didn't mind it. Guess we were expecting better food quality for the price? Again, if you're visiting for the wine and beer selection, you should enjoy yourself depending on who's...

Since being recently told by a winery owner that a lot of fruit wines just incorporate fruit juice in order to give you that fruit taste, I really feel like this Winery, who don't even have their own grapes, definitely have fruit juice added to their wine. It is in a weird location, so it's obvious they don't use their own grapes and even the people working there shared that as well. Then in their food menu it says handmade items and then we got it from The Cook's mouth himself that they came in Frozen. So although the many different fruit wines did in fact taste good, you can tell it's wine mixed with juice. The staff is friendly but they did enjoy talking with each other more than the customers. However, I do want to note that at this time we did not try any of the beers; Which, upon looking at the great menu of drinks to choose from, sounded appealing.

Great Beer Selection( sabotage, delicious, rich, stout) . Wonderful Wines ( Sweet berry and fruit Wines that are the best in Michigan to choose from) beautiful Exterior patio garden and a delicious Food menu. The folks who work here are the Best of the Best every time we visit. I don’t pass by without stopping to enjoy this winery and I never walk out the door without taking a couple bottles with me. Thank you, Hudsonville Winery. Cheers!
