I am rewriting this review. I would challenge breweries to stop trying to be like Founders not everyone is in love with them, they were unique until everyone copied them...be original. The people I hang out with and myself like to be waited on after working all week not stand in line at one end of the bar for our drinks then go wait in another line at the other end of the bar to order our food. I picked out one beer on the website and it was not available when I ordered, the rest were IPA’s which not everyone loves either especially 5 tiers of them only having more hops in the next. A variety of beer will reach more people, like sours, fruits and other concoctions. I had the “Cowboy Mac” and it was delicious, I highly recommend it to any Mac and cheese lovers. Pretzels from a bag with cheese, everyone is doing it. Flies are a summer issue yes but a good pest control program will manage that for you so you are not losing customers over sanitation issues, swatted flies the whole time we were trying to eat🤢 be different and lead your own path, breweries all look the same now so provide what others are not to stand out. One business owner to another, teach your staff to care when a customer complains, the blond blew me off behind the bar, nothing is more frustrating after pay for something and then your ignored. You asked what I was looking for, a unique experience, with unique beer and unique...

I ordered the Big Chub ($14) which is tender beer-braised Shredded Beef Pot Roast w white american cheese & horseradish mayo served on Pretzel bun. It was very good. The only change I would make is to add an Au Jus. I added a French Onion dip ($1) for the chips and that was delicious. They serve Detroit Sodas, which was okay, but I prefer Coke or Pepsi. The person I was with ordered the Jimmy Pizza ($12), which is Seasoned lamb with feta cheese, pizza cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion and tzatziki sauce. It was very much enjoyed.
The place is order at the bar and your food is brought out. The service was pleasant and food was fast.
Overall a 4 1/2 star review. Do to needing to round it becomes a 4. Would I return? Yes with a caveat, it would probably be because someone else suggested it. Nothing was really wrong, maybe just...

I love the homemade chip dip. And of course the beer the great. I’m a big fan of all their IPA offerings. They had a fantastic mosaic hop one last time I went.
Long version: I moved to the area a year ago and had driven by many times but never got around to going in. Then I visited their booth at a Michigan brewers guild event at whitecaps ball park. Their booth was by far the most fun, a portable tap room, and I tried their hazy IPA and was sold. I bought a really cool winter hat and vowed to visit. My second time in the place I met the owner who is a really down to earth nice guy. The whole staff is really friendly. It’s just cool to find a small local place doing beer a little different but...
