The customer service is horrible. So very disappointed in how they treated this long time and faithful customer. The very long story is that these 3 month old tables are experiencing some strange phenomenon and the fight to get Talsma to at least offer a resolution has been exhausting. The solution I want is to have them repaired since I specifically wanted this style and design but they will only offer for me to pick out something else. So, basically, give up my design vision and leave my money in their pocket. I have decided to keep them as a woodworker from a local company has offered to repair them for me.
