Ms. Wyetta Jordan (sales consultant) is a wonderful asset to your company. She and Mr. James who works in Energy products and services were very helpful in helping me with my thermostat rebate issue. They were very courteous, patient and diligent in solving my issue with the rebate. With the help of team member James she and he were able to track down my virtual rebate reward that was inadvertently lost from my phone. This was a timely issue and they not once tried to pass me on to someone else. They stuck with me and that meant so much to me. It's very frustrating to be passed on to multiple departments and still not have the issue resolved. Their efforts were a true model of what customer service should be. Before I went to the Hueytown location I checked the reviews Everybody bragged about Ms.Wyetta Jordan so I made it a mission to go directly to Ms.Wyetta and everybody was so right about her Very friendly, professional and also so helpful great customer service and I wont stop there I have to give Chief Marbury his flowers also very nice also helpful as well He definitely went out his way to help me so Alabama power please give some recognition to them both a raise and free lunch because now days you dont see great customer service anymore. Alabama power says they have a budget billing but then they don't tell you about the other budget plan and then they tell you you don't qualify for the other budget plan they want to play games with the people that are on disability or people that are VA qualified and then they want to play with you and then they did not give you your money back from when they took you for a ride they charged you too much a couple of years ago and did not give you a refund the government was supposed to make them give every customer a refund from that...
