Ms. Wyetta Jordan (sales consultant) is a wonderful asset to your company. She and Mr. James who works in Energy products and services were very helpful in helping me with my thermostat rebate issue. They were very courteous, patient and diligent in solving my issue with the rebate. With the help of team member James she and he were able to track down my virtual rebate reward that was inadvertently lost from my phone. This was a timely issue and they not once tried to pass me on to someone else. They stuck with me and that meant so much to me.
