I was traveling north on I75, Sunday September 11, in my F150 crew cab when the driver of tractor 517 nearly caused a multi car accident. The following happened in less than 10 seconds. We were following another car in the center lane and overtaking truck 517 and the semi in front of him. The bed of my truck was parallel to his rear trailer axles. The driver of 517 signaled his intent to change lanes when the semi in front of him slowed. We could not move left due to traffic in that lane We started to slow. Now with the cab of my truck even with 517’s trailer axles, he changed lanes. To avoid a collision at 75 mph, I honked the horn started to move left into the path of the car passing on my left. They swerved into the safety and breakdown lane. Now with trailer tires of 517 even with my front passenger tire I pressed the brake pedal harder causing my truck to slide sideways slightly, the car behind us did the same. Meanwhile, 517 continued his lane change. As he continued his lane change, the rear corner of 517’s trailer missed the front of my truck by inches (less than 12”). The distances was close enough that I prepared to hear the sound and feel of contact. The unprofessional and unsafe driving was deliberate, not accidental. It was clear he waited for the car ahead of us to pass the front bumper of he tractor, which means he was aware of the traffic in our lane. This was a case of I don’t want to lose speed on this hill, my truck is bigger and I am coming over. Even with three vehicles blowing their horns, he made no attempt to move back to his lane and reduce the risk. I will be filing a complaint with the company, and reporting the incident to...

Please be careful when you are on the road with these trucks. Their driver hit me in April. He was at stoplight with me, and he didn’t turn wide enough and dragged my car in the opposite lane. The first thing he did was got out the truck and called his company and lied about the entire accident. And it’s his fault. I hurt my back in the accident and going through physical therapy. My car was tore up. This company didn’t even call to take responsibility for there drivers actions in this accident. It has totally destroyed my life, my daily well being. Please be careful so you won’t have to experience the nightmare that I am going through.

4-8-24 Truck #130504 at Falls Lake north of Durham NC on I85. He came over into our lane from the right lane without signaling. If my wife hadnt been paying attention and slowed in time, he would have pushed us off into the median. We were at a crawl due to a wreck ahead, so he had plenty of time to see us before merging. He then proceeded to straddle the dotted line, being the self-righteous lane police. Yes, I did flip him off as we passed. He returned the gesture and blew his horn for several seconds.
