At Home — Local services in Humble

This was my very first time ever going to At Home business as I entered the business I asked some employees about the company and explained it was my first time ever being in their type of business. The staff immediately told me all the wonderful discount how to shop the different locations and find the best deals as well as about online discounts. I enjoyed my strolls down the aisles. The only thing I noticed that would be a little better is 2 carts passing by each other can become difficult. So just an inch smaller on each cart would have made a lot better situation for passing other customers. I really enjoyed the variety of everything I got to see the store is extremely large so it was quite nice to see a map at the entrance to help you locate the items in particular that you may be looking for. However on this day I tried taking the end all of the store and I still don't think I covered everything. And fell in love with many different items that I just have to go back...

I mostly never go inside, but I tried to order a patio umbrella and it wouldn't complete online, so I went to the store on 1960 to get it. I went to cs about 12:30 Sunday and the young ladie snatched her head around abd just looked at me like i was getting on her nerves. Finally she asked could she help me. I told her the situation and she told me where I could get the umbrellas. If you don't want to be at work just don't go. I took it personal and anytime I'm greeted rudely at a store that I enjoy shopping it makes me not want to go back. As I left, I observed her exchange with causian customers in a totally different attitude. Maybe she is not the best person for customers to interact with at first glance. Or maybe she needs trying in the customer service department. Your guess is as...

I always enjoy shopping at this location because you can always find staff that is eager to help. My recent visit on 10/4 was another great shopping experience.

My husband came along because I can't lift/bend down. I was purchasing semi large Halloween decor & all the staff on the floor, cashier & management were personable. Upon leaving while parked in front a nice gentleman came out & helped load box on the back of my truck.

Just one of the many reason I continue to shop at this location. They never let the line get too long & always call for back up cashiers to the front to assist. Thank you At Home- Humble TX team for the great...
